Joel Embiid
Shams: Joel Embiid (knee) considered day-to-day
Tue, Nov 11, 2025, 6:33 PM
Shams Charania
ESPN's Shams Charania reports Joel Embiid (knee) does not have any structural damage and is considered day-to-day.
Analysis: Embiid did not play in Tuesday's win over the Celtics due to a sore right knee. It's important to note that it was the left knee that gave him trouble in the past, with the former MVP undergoing another procedure during the offseason. Philadelphia doesn't play again until Friday in Detroit, but that may not be enough time for Embiid to return to full strength. Andre Drummond has been the replacement in the starting lineup with Adem Bona serving as his backup.
Paul George
Paul George (knee) to be evaluated later this week
Tue, Nov 11, 2025, 6:28 PM
Shams Charania
According to ESPN's Shams Charania, Paul George (knee) will be evaluated later this week.
Analysis: George is making progress in his recovery from offseason knee surgery, but he remains without a concrete return timeline. He'll be re-evaluated later this week, with Charania reporting that team doctors want George to further strengthen his left quad muscle to help support his left knee. So, nothing has really changed for those who have him rostered. Continue to stash him in an IL+ slot and hold out hope that a return isn't too far away. Trendon Watford struggled in Tuesday's win over the Celtics but should remain the starting power forward for now.
Tyrese Maxey
Maxey chips in 21 points, nine assists in comeback win
Tue, Nov 11, 2025, 5:55 PM
Tyrese Maxey delivered 21 points (5-of-17 FGs, 8-of-8 FTs), five rebounds, nine assists, and one steal over 33 minutes in Tuesday's win over the Celtics.
Analysis: Maxey continues to be one of the most impactful scorers in the fantasy landscape, eclipsing the 20-point mark in 11consecutive contests to open the season. The 25-year-old rising star didn't exactly light it up in this one, but he came alive in the second half to help spark a late comeback effort. He dished out nine assists to finish just shy of his third double-double performance of the year.
Andre Drummond
Drummond delivers 14 points, 13 boards in win
Tue, Nov 11, 2025, 5:54 PM
Andre Drummond chipped in 14 points (6-of-11 FGs, 2-of-3 FTs), 13 rebounds and one block over 33 minutes during Tuesday's victory over the Celtics.
Analysis: Drummond exploited Boston's lack of frontcourt size to close out the first half with back-to-back buckets in the paint to finish with 10 points as Philadelphia raced out to a 51-41 lead. The 14-year-veteran drew the starting assignment with Joel Embiid out with right knee soreness. He and fellow big man Adem Bona figure to see an uptick in minutes while Embiid is sidelined to undergo further evaluation and testing to determine the severity of the issue.
Joel Embiid
Joel Embiid (knee) now ruled out vs. Boston
Tue, Nov 11, 2025, 7:34 AM
NBA Injury Report
Joel Embiid (knee) has been ruled out against the Celtics on Tuesday.
Analysis: Embiid wasn't initially on the injury report, and this isn't a back-to-back, which makes this update scary. Hopefully it's just an opportunity for them to get him some extra rest since they only have one more game left this week. Andre Drummond should be in line for another start, with Adem Bona filling out the reserve minutes.
Dominick Barlow
Dominick Barlow (elbow) out Tuesday vs. Boston
Mon, Nov 10, 2025, 11:37 AM
NBA Injury Report
Dominick Barlow (elbow) is out for Tuesday's game against the Celtics.
Analysis: Barlow remains out with a right elbow laceration that has proven more problematic than the 76ers anticipated. Trendon Watford should remain the starting power forward until Paul George (knee) is cleared to return, and he's worth a look in deeper leagues.
Joel Embiid
Joel Embiid (knee) removed from injury report
Mon, Nov 10, 2025, 11:35 AM
NBA Injury Report
Joel Embiid (knee) is off the injury report for Tuesday's game against the Celtics.
Analysis: Embiid is back after sitting out Sunday's loss to the Pistons, which was Philadelphia's second game in as many nights. His return means Andre Drummond will head back to the bench; he and Adem Bona will take a hit to their fantasy values. Philadelphia only plays two games during Week 4; hopefully, Embiid won't have any availability issues.
Quentin Grimes
Quentin Grimes scores 13 points vs. Detroit
Sun, Nov 9, 2025, 4:31 PM
Quentin Grimes recorded 13 points (4-of-8 FGs, 3-of-3 FTs), five rebounds, four assists, one steal and two three-pointers in Sunday's loss to the Pistons.
Analysis: Grimes has reached double figures in all ten games he's played this season, providing the 76ers with consistent offense off the bench. However, he's also been effective in the rebound and assist categories, which is why he's ranked safely within the top-100 going into Week 4. There's the question of what will happen once Paul George is healthy enough to play and Jared McCain (zero points and one assist in nine minutes) isn't under a minutes restriction. However, Grimes should not take too big a hit once the 76ers' rotation is at full strength, given his productivity.
Andre Drummond
Andre Drummond corrals 12 rebounds vs. Detroit
Sun, Nov 9, 2025, 4:30 PM
Andre Drummond produced 17 points (6-of-9 FGs, 3-of-4 FTs), 12 rebounds, two assists, one steal, one block and two three-pointers in Sunday's loss to the Pistons.
Analysis: With Joel Embiid unavailable for injury management reasons, Drummond was tabbed to fill the void in the starting lineup on Sunday. And the veteran center came through with a performance on par with what many fantasy managers expected of Drummond when he first joined the 76ers. He recorded a complete stat line on Sunday, including his first game this season with multiple three-pointers. Adem Bona, who was Embiid's replacement in past games, played 12 minutes off the bench, finishing with two points, four rebounds, one steal and three blocks. Unfortunately, neither will be of much value during Week 4, as the 76ers play just two games.
Tyrese Maxey
Tyrese Maxey records 33 points, seven assists
Sun, Nov 9, 2025, 4:30 PM
NBA
Tyrese Maxey accumulated 33 points (10-of-26 FGs, 9-of-9 FTs), four rebounds, seven assists, two steals and four three-pointers in Sunday's loss to the Pistons.
Analysis: Maxey had a chance to tie Sunday's game and force overtime, but his three-point attempt at the end of a hectic possession hit the front iron just before time expired. However, fantasy managers will be more focused on Maxey's production, as the 76ers guard has scored 30 or more points in six games this season. While we're used to seeing the likes of Nikola Joki? and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander atop the fantasy rankings, Maxey finds himself in similar company going into Week 4. The 76ers play only two games, but that's an issue that affects the “supporting cast” more than Maxey.
Andre Drummond
PHI starts Maxey, Edgecombe, Oubre, Watford, Andre
Sun, Nov 9, 2025, 1:04 PM
Philadelphia 76ers
Tyrese Maxey, VJ Edgecombe, Kelly Oubre Jr., Trendon Watford and Andre Drummond will start Sunday's game against the Pistons.
Analysis: The 76ers are without Joel Embiid for Sunday's game, as it's the second game of a back-to-back. He'll be replaced in the lineup by Drummond, who has outperformed Adem Bona on most nights. Bona will be in the rotation, but his streaming value is not as high when asked to come off the bench.
Joel Embiid
Joel Embiid (knee) sidelined Sunday vs. Pistons
Sun, Nov 9, 2025, 8:01 AM
NBA Injury Report
Joel Embiid (knee) is out for Sunday's matchup against the Pistons.
Analysis: Embiid will get Sunday off for injury management on the second leg of a back-to-back set. In his absence, Adem Bona and Andre Drummond should see additional playing time.
Joel Embiid
Joel Embiid scores season-high 29 points in win
Sat, Nov 8, 2025, 4:36 PM
Joel Embiid lit up the Raptors with 29 points (10-of-16 FGs, 8-of-9 FTs), six rebounds, four assists, one block and one three-pointer on Saturday.
Analysis: Embiid's first game of the season was rough, but since then, he has scored at least 20 points in every game he has played in, despite the minutes restriction. He set a new season-high for scoring in this one, which helped the 76ers snap a two-game losing streak. Embiid's 26 minutes also matched his season-high. It's great to see him progressing, but he still isn't ready to play back-to-backs; expect him to be listed as out against the Pistons on Sunday, which will allow Adem Bona to start and Andre Drummond to play extra minutes off the bench.
Tyrese Maxey
Maxey drops 31 points in win over Raptors
Sat, Nov 8, 2025, 4:34 PM
Tyrese Maxey led the 76ers with 31 points (12-of-24 FGs), four rebounds, seven assists, one steal, two blocks and three three-pointers in a 130-120 win over the Raptors on Saturday.
Analysis: Per usual, Maxey was unstoppable on the offensive end and had a big night in the scoring department. Maxey has scored at least 30 points in five of the 76ers' nine games this season and has at least 25 points in all of them. Maxey is averaging 33.2 points, 5.0 rebounds, 8.3 assists, 1.1 steals, 1.1 blocks and 4.1 three-pointers per game this season and has certainly been worth his second-round ADP to this point.
Trendon Watford
Trendon Watford records first triple-double
Sat, Nov 8, 2025, 4:30 PM
Trendon Watford started on Saturday and contributed 20 points (8-of-10 FGs), 17 rebounds, 10 assists, one block and one three-pointer against the Raptors.
Analysis: Watford had been playing well off the bench recently, so 76ers coach Nick Nurse gave him the starting nod over Jabari Walker. Watford took full advantage of the opportunity, recording the first triple-double of his career. It would be surprising if Nurse didn't leave Watford in that role, at least until Paul George returns to the lineup. However, if Watford continues to play this well, he'll certainly have a case to remain a starter over Kelly Oubre. Watford is currently rostered in just six percent of Yahoo! leagues.
Trendon Watford
Trendon Watford replaces Jabari Walker as starter
Sat, Nov 8, 2025, 1:05 PM
Noah Levick
Tyrese Maxey, VJ Edgecombe, Kelly Oubre, Trendon Watford and Joel Embiid will start against the 76ers on Saturday.
Analysis: Watford has been solid over the last few games off the bench for Philadelphia and will now get the chance to enter the starting lineup. He'll replace Jabari Walker in the opening unit, though Walker should still have a role off the bench.
Joel Embiid
Joel Embiid (knee) absent from injury report
Fri, Nov 7, 2025, 11:41 AM
NBA Injury Report
Joel Embiid (knee) is not on the injury report for Saturday's game against the Raptors.
Analysis: Embiid did not play in Wednesday's loss to the Cavaliers due to injury management, with Adem Bona replacing him in the starting lineup. Bona will remain in the rotation on Saturday, and he does not offer much streaming value in that role. However, the second-year forward/center is worth holding onto in extremely deep leagues, as the 76ers face the Pistons on Sunday.
Paul George
Paul George (knee) to be evaluated this weekend
Fri, Nov 7, 2025, 11:29 AM
Derek Bodner
Paul George (knee) will be re-evaluated this weekend.
Analysis: Yet to appear in a game this season, George will not play in Saturday's game against the Raptors. Philadelphia also plays the Pistons on Sunday, so there's a slight chance George returns then. Jabari Walker has been the most recent starter at the four and should retain that role until George is healthy enough to play.
Dominick Barlow
Dominick Barlow (elbow) to be re-evaluated Monday
Fri, Nov 7, 2025, 11:25 AM
Derek Bodner
Dominick Barlow (elbow) will be re-evaluated on Monday.
Analysis: Barlow has been out since the 76ers' second game of the season, and he'll miss both ends of Philadelphia's Saturday/Sunday back-to-back. He's due to be re-evaluated on Monday to evaluate the progress made in recovery and a potential return timeline. Barlow's availability does not significantly affect fantasy basketball, especially with Paul George closing in on his return.
Tyrese Maxey
Tyrese Maxey has 27 points in loss to Cavaliers
Wed, Nov 5, 2025, 4:21 PM
Tyrese Maxey had 27 points (10-of-20 FGs, 5-of-8 FTs), seven rebounds, nine assists, one steal and two three-pointers against the Cavaliers on Wednesday.
Analysis: Maxey tried to keep this one close, but simply didn't have enough help from his teammates. Outside of himself and Quinten Grimes, who had 27 points in 32 minutes off the bench, no one else had at least 20 points for the 76ers. Joel Embiid was out along with Paul George and VJ Edgecombe scored just seven points. The 76ers fell to 5-3, but the silver lining is that Maxey's production didn't suffer.
