Shams Charania
According to ESPN's Shams Charania, Jalen Williams has sustained a Grade 1 left hamstring strain and will be re-evaluated on a weekly basis.
Analysis: Jay Dub will be out for at least a week as the Thunder head to Phoenix. His absence means that Cason Wallace, Alex Caruso and Aaron Wiggins could all see additional run.
Jalen Williams
Jalen Williams scores 19 points, injures hamstring
Wed, Apr 22, 2026, 6:40 PM
Jalen Williams totaled 19 points (7-of-11 FGs, 3-of-5 FTs), one rebound, four assists, one steal, and two three-pointers in the win over the Suns on Wednesday.
Analysis: Williams got off to a blazing-hot start in Wednesday's contest, scoring all 19 of his points in the first half, missing only one shot along the way; he scored it effectively both inside and outside the paint. Yet, his night ended prematurely after injuring his hamstring midway through the third quarter on a driving layup attempt. He exited the game at the next deadball, exited to the locker room, and never returned to the game. Williams was never officially ruled out, so perhaps that's an encouraging sign ahead of Game 3. His status is certainly one to monitor over the coming days.
Chet Holmgren
Chet Holmgren swats four shots in Game 2 victory
Wed, Apr 22, 2026, 6:31 PM
Chet Holmgren tallied 19 points (7-of-12 FGs, 2-of-3 FTs), eight rebounds, four blocks and three three-pointers in the win over the Suns on Wednesday.
Analysis: Holmgren anchored the middle defensively for the Thunder in a major way on Wednesday. The former second-overall pick repeatedly erased shots at the rim to account for two-thirds of his team's total blocked shots, and had success at cleaning up the defensive glass. He scored in spurts on the offensive end to finish as one of OKC's top scorers, with the three-point shot being a major factor. As he's been effective on both ends of the floor, Holmgren is off to a strong start to begin the series. He'll look to keep rolling in Game 3.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scores 37 in win over Suns
Wed, Apr 22, 2026, 6:25 PM
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander added 37 points (13-of-25 FGs, 9-of-9 FTs), five rebounds, nine assists, two steals and two three-pointers in the win over the Suns on Wednesday.
Analysis: On the heels of winning the NBA's Clutch Player of the Year award, SGA nearly put up 40 points on the eighth-seeded Suns. As usual, he was effective in the midrange, found production from beyond the arc, and was active at the charity stripe. Additionally, the reigning league MVP racked up several beautiful assists, enough to nearly notch a double-double, while also tying a team-high in steals. Essentially, Gilgeous-Alexander did it all for the Thunder in their Game 2 rout and will have a chance to do it again in Game 3.

Tue, Apr 21, 2026, 12:21 PM
NBA PR
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was named the 2025-26 NBA Clutch Player of the Year.
Analysis: Gilgeous-Alexander led the NBA with 175 total clutch points and 6.5 points per game in clutch time, defined as games within five points in the final five minutes of the fourth quarter or overtime, according to a release from NBA PR. He also made a league-leading 16 go-ahead field goals in clutch time. Gilgeous-Alexander finished the regular season as the overwhelming favorite to repeat as Most Valuable Player. He had 25 points in Sunday's Game 1 victory over the Suns with Game 2 on Wednesday.
Jalen Williams
Jalen Williams records 22/7/6/1/1 line in Game 1
Sun, Apr 19, 2026, 12:30 PM
Jalen Williams produced 22 points (9-of-15 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), seven rebounds, six assists, one steal, one block and two three-pointers in Sunday's Game 1 win over the Suns.
Analysis: J-Dub and the Thunder grabbed control of Game 1 early and never looked back, winning by 35 points. As a playmaker, Williams was especially impactful during the second quarter, as he accounted for six points and four assists. Oklahoma City is a heavy favorite in this series, and its depth and defense carried the day in Game 1. They'll look to do the same in Game 2 on Wednesday.
Chet Holmgren
Chet Holmgren tallied 16 points, four ‘stocks'
Sun, Apr 19, 2026, 12:22 PM
Chet Holmgren amassed 16 points (5-of-10 FGs, 4-of-4 FTs), seven rebounds, two steals, two blocks and two three-pointers in Sunday's Game 1 win over the Suns.
Analysis: Holmgren came out hot in Game 1, scoring 13 points in the first quarter. He didn't offer much production after that, but the Thunder really didn't need much from him. Holmgren's final line only lacked an assist, and he was one of three starters to block two shots. Oklahoma City's bigs were excellent defensively, with Isaiah Hartenstein (eight points, eight rebounds, two assists and two blocks) and Jaylin Williams (five points, four rebounds, two assists, four steals and one three-pointer) joining Holmgren in recording at least two “stocks.” Holmgren is one of the finalists for Defensive Player of the Year, joining San Antonio's Victor Wembanyama and Detroit's Ausar Thompson.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scores 25 in Game 1 rout
Sun, Apr 19, 2026, 12:16 PM
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander finished Sunday's Game 1 win over the Suns with 25 points (5-of-18 FGs, 15-of-17 FTs), four rebounds, seven assists and two blocked shots.
Analysis: The Thunder began the postseason portion of their title defense with a 119-84 rout of the Suns, with the reigning league MVP leading the way. Gilgeous-Alexander didn't shoot the ball well from the field, but his ability to apply pressure off the dribble and get to the foul line compensated for that. SGA was also responsible for seven assists, and the nature of Sunday's game meant he needed to play just 29 minutes. Oklahoma City hosts Game 2 on Wednesday.

Sat, Apr 11, 2026, 6:46 PM
NBA Injury Report
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (oblique), Jalen Williams (hamstring) and Isaiah Joe (knee) are out for Sunday's game against the Suns.
Analysis: Gilgeous-Alexander, Williams and Joe remain out for Oklahoma City's final regular-season game, as the outcome will not affect playoff seeding. Nikola Topi? started at point guard on Friday and played 39 minutes; he'll likely take on a similar workload on Sunday. Brooks Barnhizer and Payton Sandfort played significant minutes off the bench against the Nuggets and will remain in the rotation.
Cason Wallace

Sat, Apr 11, 2026, 6:41 PM
NBA Injury Report
Cason Wallace (toe), Ajay Mitchell (ankle) and Alex Caruso (rest) are out for Sunday's game against the Suns.
Analysis: With nothing on the line in Sunday's game, the Thunder are once again resting their rotation player of note, save Luguentz Dort, Aaron Wiggins and Jared McCain. Dort only played 20 minutes in Friday's loss to the Nuggets; look for him to take on a similar workload on Sunday. Wiggins, McCain and Nikola Topi? should remain in the starting lineup.

Sat, Apr 11, 2026, 6:22 PM
NBA Injury Report
Chet Holmgren (back), Isaiah Hartenstein (calf) and Jaylin Williams (Achilles) are out for Sunday's game against the Suns.
Analysis: With the No. 1 seed in the Western Conference secured earlier this week, the Thunder's priority has been getting their rotation players to full strength. No Holmgren, Hartenstein or JayWill means that Branden Carlson and Kenrich Williams will play significant minutes on Sunday, as was the case in Friday's loss to the Nuggets.
Cason Wallace
Wallace (toe), Mitchell (ankle) ruled out vs. DEN
Thu, Apr 9, 2026, 2:08 PM
Cason Wallace (toe) and Ajay Mitchell (ankle) will miss the game against the Nuggets on Friday.
Analysis: Wallace and Mitchell are a couple of Oklahoma City's rotation players who won't play against the Nuggets on Friday. Several starters have also been ruled out, leaving the Thunder with limited depth. They locked up the top overall seed on Wednesday and will have homecourt advantage throughout the playoffs.
Isaiah Hartenstein
Hartenstein (calf), Joe (knee) ruled out vs. DEN
Thu, Apr 9, 2026, 1:59 PM
Isaiah Hartenstein (calf) and Isaiah Joe (knee) won't play against the Nuggets on Friday.
Analysis: Hartenstein and Joe are among the several Thunder players who have been ruled out of Friday's matchup with the Nuggets. OKC officially clinched homecourt advantage throughout the playoffs after defeating the Clippers on Wednesday. Friday's game, however, could affect the Nuggets' standing in the Western Conference standings.
Jalen Williams
Jalen Williams (hamstring), Caruso (rest) out Fri.
Thu, Apr 9, 2026, 1:54 PM
Jalen Williams (hamstring) and Alex Caruso (rest) will not play in Friday's game against the Nuggets.
Analysis: Williams and Caruso are several key Thunder players who will miss Friday's game, as the Thunder have officially clinched homecourt advantage throughout the postseason. The roster runs deep; guys like Aaron Wiggins and Jared McCain could see an increased workload against Denver.

Thu, Apr 9, 2026, 1:49 PM
NBA Injury Report
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (oblique) and Chet Holmgren (back) will not play on Friday against the Nuggets.
Analysis: Gilgeous-Alexander and Holmgren are two of several OKC starters who have already been ruled out of Friday's contest. The Thunder just came off a back-to-back in Los Angeles, in which both SGA and Holmgren finished with a double-double against the Clippers. They have secured the first seed in the Western Conference playoffs and will have homecourt advantage throughout the playoffs.
Isaiah Joe
Isaiah Joe comes off bench, scores 21 vs. Clippers
Wed, Apr 8, 2026, 7:20 PM
Isaiah Joe tallied 21 points (6-of-9 FGs, 5-of-5 FTs), two rebounds, two assists and four three-pointers in the win over the Clippers on Wednesday.
Analysis: 21 minutes was all Joe needed to leave his mark on Wednesday's game. Off the bench, he buried four three-pointers and finished as Oklahoma City's second-leading scorer on the evening. Joe is one of many reliable wing options on a Thunder team that can go deep into its bench. While he may not have had a major fantasy impact, Joe has put together another strong season for OKC ??" he'll likely have some big moments in the postseason.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has 20/1/11 line vs. Clippers
Wed, Apr 8, 2026, 7:15 PM
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander tallied 20 points (9-of-17 FGs, 0-of-1 FTs), one rebound, 11 assists, one steal, one block and two three-pointers in Wednesday's win over the Clippers.
Analysis: Not much was required from SGA on Wednesday for the Thunder to collect the win. Yet, he logged another 20-point game and really controlled the contest as a facilitator, tallying double-digit assists en route to a double-double. The reigning MVP has been consistent throughout the season and is averaging 30 or more points for the fourth straight season. Wednesday's victory locked OKC into the top spot in the Western Conference standings, giving them homecourt advantage throughout the postseason.
Chet Holmgren
Chet Holmgren goes for 30 points in win over LAC
Wed, Apr 8, 2026, 7:08 PM
Chet Holmgren amassed 30 points (10-of-13 FGs, 7-of-10 FTs), 14 rebounds, five assists, two steals, four blocks and three three-pointers in the win over the Clippers on Wednesday.
Analysis: Chet had it all clicking on Wednesday, on both ends of the floor. Offensively, he only missed three shots on the night while using the three-point line to help tally 30 points; his handful of assists shouldn't be ignored, either. And the versatile big man also dominated the game on the defensive end by combining for six stocks in his 31 minutes of game action. The Clippers had very few answers for him, and the Thunder cruised to a comfortable win to clinch the first seed in the Western Conference.

Wed, Apr 8, 2026, 3:49 PM
Law Murray
Jalen Williams, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Chet Holmgren, Luguentz Dort and Isaiah Hartenstein will start against the Clippers on Wednesday.
Analysis: With Jalen Williams back in the lineup, the Thunder will roll out their preferred starting unit, one that has started only 10 games together this season. They'll look to both find a rhythm and lock up the first seed in the Western Conference during the final week of the regular season.
