Santi Aldama
Santi Aldama posts 18/5/1/1 line vs. Orlando
Thu, Jan 15, 2026, 11:03 AM
Santi Aldama amassed 18 points (6-of-11 FGs, 2-of-3 FTs), five rebounds, one assist, one steal and four three-pointers in Thursday's loss to the Magic.
Analysis: Since scoring a career-high 37 points in a December 23 win over the Jazz, Aldama had not recorded more than 15 points in any game. That changed on Thursday in Berlin, as the Grizzlies forward/center hit all four of his three-point attempts. Zach Edey's (ankle) absence has opened up additional opportunities for Aldama. Still, the impact has been muted since Jock Landale (6/5/1/1/1 with one three-pointer) has been the replacement in the starting lineup.
Jaren Jackson
Jaren Jackson Jr. scores game-high 30 points
Thu, Jan 15, 2026, 11:02 AM
Jaren Jackson Jr. tallied 30 points (12-of-22 FGs, 3-of-3 FTs), three rebounds, one assist, two steals, two blocks and three three-pointers in Thursday's loss to the Magic.
Analysis: Days like Thursday are a reminder of what Jackson can offer to fantasy managers, even with his lackluster rebounding production. He scored 23 points in the first half before going quiet, but he did record his third 30-point game of the season. Jackson's poor rebounding makes the defensive categories that much more critical when assessing his fantasy value, and he recorded four “stocks” on Thursday. He'll look to end Week 13 on a high note when the Grizzlies play the Magic on Sunday in London.
Scotty Pippen
Scotty Pippen Jr. (toe) to return in 4-6 weeks
Wed, Jan 14, 2026, 7:40 AM
Grizzlies PR
The Grizzlies PR official X.com account reports that Scotty Pippen Jr. is progressing well from a sesamoidectomy performed on October 21, and he is expected to return to play in 4-6 weeks.
Analysis: Pippen Jr. has yet to make his season debut, and he'll likely be on a minutes restriction when he does. He's not a player to monitor on fantasy basketball waiver wires.
Brandon Clarke
Brandon Clarke (calf) to miss 4-6 more weeks
Wed, Jan 14, 2026, 7:26 AM
Grizzlies PR
According to the Grizzlies PR official X.com account, Brandon Clarke is progressing well in rehab from a Grade 2 right calf strain and is expected to return to play in 4-6 weeks.
Analysis: Clarke's continued absence has no impact to Memphis' rotation, as the backup big man logged only two games before suffering the injury. Even when he returns, Clarke won't be worth rostering in most fantasy leagues.
Ja Morant
Ja Morant (calf) out Thursday vs. Magic
Wed, Jan 14, 2026, 6:33 AM
NBA Injury Report
Ja Morant (calf) has been ruled out of Thursday's matchup with the Magic.
Analysis: Morant will be sidelined for another contest, and it's unclear when he'll return. His continued absence is particularly noteworthy amid trade rumors. Morant's absence will mean more playing time for Cam Spencer and Vince Williams Jr., with Spencer the preferred pickup for fantasy managers.
Zach Edey
Zach Edey (ankle) out at least six more weeks
Wed, Jan 14, 2026, 5:09 AM
Grizzlies PR
According to the Memphis Grizzles PR account on X.com, Zach Edey will be re-evaluated in six weeks while rehabbing from a stress reaction in his left ankle.
Analysis: Edey last played on December 7, and this latest update means he won't return until at least late February or early March. While Edey is out, Jock Landale and Santi Aldama should continue to soak up minutes at center.
Jock Landale
Landale supplies 16 points, nine boards in win
Sun, Jan 11, 2026, 12:13 PM
Jock Landale accumulated 16 points (6-of-11 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), nine rebounds, one assist and two steals over 27 minutes during Sunday's win over the Nets.
Analysis: Landale has made the most of his recent opportunity, starting five consecutive games for the Grizzlies in place of injured center Zach Edey, who remains sidelined with a stress reaction in his left ankle. The 30-year-old big man has reached double-digit points in five of his last six games, while playing nearly 25 minutes during that span. He offers enough scoring and rebounding production to be worthy of consideration as a short-term stopgap in deeper fantasy leagues.
John Konchar
John Konchar (thumb) available Sunday vs. Nets
Sun, Jan 11, 2026, 8:46 AM
John Konchar (thumb) is available for Sunday's game against the Nets.
Analysis: Konchar is available for the first time since December 7. He's not worth rostering in most fantasy leagues, but he'll give the Grizzlies additional depth off the bench.
John Konchar
John Konchar (thumb) questionable Sunday vs. BKN
Sat, Jan 10, 2026, 12:12 PM
Memphis Grizzlies
John Konchar (thumb) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Nets.
Analysis: Konchar has not appeared in a game since December 7. While his availability does not affect fantasy basketball, Konchar being available would give the Grizzlies additional depth off the bench.
Ja Morant
Ja Morant (calf) ruled out Sunday vs. Brooklyn
Sat, Jan 10, 2026, 12:09 PM
Memphis Grizzlies
Ja Morant (calf) is out for Sunday's game against the Nets.
Analysis: Morant will remain out for another game, with Sunday's being the fifth that he's missed since suffering a right calf contusion. The Grizzlies will continue to rely on Cam Spencer and Vince Williams Jr. to handle the point guard responsibilities.
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope
Caldwell-Pope (jaw) removed from injury report
Sat, Jan 10, 2026, 12:07 PM
Memphis Grizzlies
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (jaw) is not on the injury report for Sunday's game against the Nets.
Analysis: Caldwell-Pope exited Friday's loss to the Thunder with a jaw injury suffered during the second quarter and did not return. His absence from the injury report means that he'll play rotation minutes off the bench, but this will not affect fantasy basketball.
Jaren Jackson
Jaren Jackson Jr. leads Grizzlies with 23 points
Fri, Jan 9, 2026, 4:45 PM
Jaren Jackson Jr. amassed 23 points (9-of-14 FGs, 3-of-3 FTs), seven rebounds, one assist, one steal, one block and two three-pointers in Friday's loss to the Thunder.
Analysis: Playing against a severely depleted Thunder roster, Jackson and the Grizzlies controlled Friday's game for most of the first three quarters. After making all three of his shot attempts in the third quarter, JJJ was 0-of-3 in the fourth as Memphis lost a game that it led by as much as 21. The final stat line was solid, but fantasy managers may have hoped for more from Jackson on a night when the Grizzlies were once again without Ja Morant.
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (jaw) doubtful to return
Fri, Jan 9, 2026, 3:35 PM
Memphis Grizzlies
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (jaw) is doubtful to return to Friday's game against the Thunder.
Analysis: Caldwell-Pope injured his jaw during the second quarter of Friday's game, exiting with just over four minutes remaining in the period. Due to injuries, the Grizzlies will go with a nine-man rotation for the rest of the game.
John Konchar
John Konchar (thumb) downgraded to out Friday
Fri, Jan 9, 2026, 1:09 PM
NBA Injury Report
John Konchar (thumb) is out for Friday's game against the Thunder.
Analysis: Konchar's continued absence does not affect fantasy basketball. However, his initial listing as doubtful may be a sign that he isn't far from a return to action.
Vince Williams
Vince Williams Jr. (knee) available Friday
Fri, Jan 9, 2026, 12:27 PM
Jonah Dylan
Vince Williams Jr. (knee) is available for Friday's game against the Thunder.
Analysis: Williams is good to go after initially being questionable for Friday's game. His return will likely mean fewer minutes for Javon Small, who played 21 minutes off the bench in Wednesday's loss to the Suns.
Vince Williams
Vince Williams Jr. (knee) questionable Friday
Thu, Jan 8, 2026, 12:56 PM
NBA Injury Report
Vince Williams Jr. (knee) is questionable for Friday's game against the Thunder.
Analysis: Williams did not play in Wednesday's loss to the Suns, leaving Cam Spencer and Javon Small to handle the point guard duties. If Williams remains out on Friday, Small will stay in the rotation.
Ja Morant
Ja Morant (calf) out Friday vs. Oklahoma City
Thu, Jan 8, 2026, 12:51 PM
NBA Injury Report
Ja Morant (calf) is out for Friday's game against the Thunder.
Analysis: Morant has missed the Grizzlies' last three games with a right calf contusion, and Friday's game will be the fourth. Cam Spencer has played well this season, and he should be streamed until Morant returns and can play starters' minutes.
John Konchar
John Konchar (thumb) doubtful Friday vs. OKC
Thu, Jan 8, 2026, 12:17 PM
NBA Injury Report
John Konchar (thumb) is doubtful for Friday's game against the Thunder.
Analysis: Konchar has been out since December 7 and appears likely to miss another game on Friday. Even with Zach Edey and Brandon Clarke unavailable, Konchar's availability does not affect fantasy basketball.
Santi Aldama
Santi Aldama (ankle) available vs. Phoenix
Wed, Jan 7, 2026, 1:19 PM
Memphis Grizzlies PR
Santi Aldama (ankle) is available to play against the Suns on Wednesday.
Analysis: Aldama will be good to go after initially being listed as questionable. He'll continue to play a significant reserve role for Memphis after playing 24 minutes on the first night of this back-to-back.
Jaren Jackson
Jaren Jackson Jr. (illness) available vs. Phoenix
Wed, Jan 7, 2026, 1:16 PM
Memphis Grizzlies PR
Jaren Jackson Jr. (illness) is available to play against the Suns on Wednesday.
Analysis: Jackson was downgraded from probable to questionable earlier in the day, which is often an indicator that a player will end up missing a game. However, he'll be good to go and should see his typical role after playing 35 minutes on Tuesday.
