GG Jackson
GG Jackson records 14 points, seven rebounds
Sat, Mar 7, 2026, 4:48 PM
GG Jackson accumulated 14 points (6-of-12 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), seven rebounds, one assist, one steal, one block and one three-pointer in Saturday's loss to the Clippers.
Analysis: Rostered in 32 percent of Yahoo! leagues, Jackson has been close to a top-75 player in eight-cat format since the All-Star break, according to Basketball Monster. However, while the final stat line on Saturday was solid, he was limited to 22 minutes despite not being in foul trouble. Fantasy managers don't have too much to worry about regarding Jackson's workload, especially with the Grizzlies' four-game Week 20 consisting of two back-to-backs. He'll have a higher ceiling in games where Ty Jerome and Scotty Pippen Jr. aren't available.
Taylor Hendricks
Taylor Hendricks records 18 points, full line
Sat, Mar 7, 2026, 4:48 PM
Taylor Hendricks amassed 18 points (7-of-8 FGs, 1-of-1 FTs), four rebounds, two assists, two steals, two blocks and three three-pointers in Saturday's loss to the Clippers.
Analysis: Since the All-Star break, Hendricks has been close to a top-100 player in eight-cat formats. He recorded an excellent stat line on Saturday, doing his damage in 26 minutes off the bench. Given the defensive ability, Hendricks should not have any issues getting minutes the rest of the season. GG Jackson remains the superior option among Grizzlies' forwards, but managers in deep leagues should not sleep on Hendricks.
Ty Jerome
Ty Jerome leads Grizzlies with 23 points vs. LAC
Sat, Mar 7, 2026, 4:47 PM
Ty Jerome accounted for 23 points (7-of-17 FGs, 7-of-8 FTs), two rebounds, seven assists, three steals and two three-pointers in Saturday's loss to the Clippers.
Analysis: Back in the lineup after missing Wednesday's loss to the Trail Blazers, Jerome provided solid value in points, assists and steals. Rostered in 27 percent of Yahoo! leagues, he has been a top-50 player since making his season debut last month. However, the Week 20 schedule is a bad one for Jerome, as Memphis has two back-to-backs. Instead of four games, he may be available for two. The same goes for Scotty Pippen Jr., who finished Saturday's defeat with 11 points, three rebounds, three assists, one steal and one three-pointer.
Ty Jerome
MEM starts Jerome, Pippen, Wells, Jackson, Prosper
Sat, Mar 7, 2026, 1:39 PM
NBA Lineups
Ty Jerome, Scotty Pippen Jr., Jaylen Wells, GG Jackson and Olivier-Maxence Prosper will start Saturday's game against the Clippers.
Analysis: Jerome and Pippen are back after sitting out Wednesday's loss to the Trail Blazers. Their returns come at the expense of Javon Small and Rayan Rupert, with the latter made inactive for Saturday's game.
Ty Jerome
Ty Jerome, Scotty Pippen Jr. available vs. LAC
Fri, Mar 6, 2026, 12:27 PM
Memphis Grizzlies
Ty Jerome (calf) and Scotty Pippen Jr. (toe) are available for Saturday's game against the Clippers.
Analysis: Jerome and Pippen are back after sitting out Wednesday's loss to the Trail Blazers. Their returns will likely push Javon Small and Rayan Rupert to the bench. Small and Rupert offer limited fantasy value in reserve roles.
Santi Aldama
Santi Aldama (knee) to remain out vs. Clippers
Fri, Mar 6, 2026, 12:21 PM
Memphis Grizzlies
Santi Aldama (knee) is out for Saturday's game against the Clippers.
Analysis: Aldama remains out due to right knee injury management. The undersized Grizzlies will continue to rely on Olivier-Maxence Prosper, who is worth the streaming risk in deep leagues.
Ja Morant
Ja Morant (elbow) out at least another two weeks
Thu, Mar 5, 2026, 1:39 PM
Marc J. Spears
Ja Morant (elbow) will be re-evaluated in two weeks.
Analysis: This has Morant being re-evaluated around March 19, which means he will miss at least two months with this injury. There is a chance he returns shortly after, but this could be nearing the end of the fantasy playoffs in many leagues. Memphis still has plenty of depth at point guard, with Ty Jerome, Scotty Pippen Jr., Cam Spencer and Walter Clayton Jr. also playing large roles with Morant out.
Olivier-Maxence Prosper
O-Max Prosper records 17 points, nine rebounds
Wed, Mar 4, 2026, 5:13 PM
Olivier-Maxence Prosper dropped 17 points (5-of-13 FGs, 5-of-10 FTs), nine rebounds, one assist, two steals and two three-pointers in Wednesday's loss to the Trail Blazers.
Analysis: On the same day that he agreed to a multi-year contract that ensured he would be available for the rest of the season, Prosper recorded a solid stat line that only lacked a blocked shot. Given how shorthanded the Grizzlies are in the frontcourt, O-Max should play plenty the rest of the season, even if he's being used out of position. Rostered in 12 percent of Yahoo! leagues, Prosper has been close to a top-100 player since the All-Star break.
GG Jackson
GG Jackson records 20 points, full stat line
Wed, Mar 4, 2026, 5:12 PM
GG Jackson finished Wednesday's loss to the Trail Blazers with 20 points (8-of-17 FGs, 3-of-4 FTs), four rebounds, one assist, one steal, three blocks and one three-pointer.
Analysis: While he was responsible for five turnovers, Jackson's overall stat line was a good one for most fantasy managers. He's now reached double figures in nine straight games and has been close to a top-75 player since the All-Star break. Even though Jackson isn't a center, Zach Edey (ankle) being ruled out for the rest of the season raises the third-year forward's fantasy ceiling due to Memphis's lack of healthy frontcourt players.
Rayan Rupert
MEM starts Small, Wells, Rupert, Jackson, Prosper
Wed, Mar 4, 2026, 1:32 PM
NBA Lineups
Javon Small, Jaylen Wells, Rayan Rupert, GG Jackson and Olivier-Maxence Prosper will start Wednesday's game against the Trail Blazers.
Analysis: The Grizzlies are without Ty Jerome and Scotty Pippen Jr. for Wednesday's game, as it's the team's second in as many nights. Small and Rupert move into the starting lineup, with the former being the better streaming option.
Ty Jerome
Ty Jerome, Scotty Pippen Jr. downgraded to out
Wed, Mar 4, 2026, 1:18 PM
Memphis Grizzlies
Ty Jerome (calf) and Scotty Pippen Jr. (toe) are out for Wednesday's game against the Trail Blazers.
Analysis: Jerome and Pippen are out after both played in Tuesday's loss to the Timberwolves. Walter Clayton Jr., Javon Small and Cam Spencer become more important options within the Grizzlies' rotation, and two will move into the starting lineup.
Taylor Hendricks
Taylor Hendricks (illness) questionable vs. POR
Wed, Mar 4, 2026, 10:51 AM
NBA Injury Report
Taylor Hendricks (illness) is questionable for Wednesday's game against the Trail Blazers.
Analysis: Hendricks is a late addition to the injury report, a concerning development for a team that's currently lacking frontcourt depth. Due to the injuries, Memphis would have to rely even more on GG Jackson and Olivier-Maxence Prosper if Hendricks can't play.
Rayan Rupert
Rayan Rupert signs two-way deal with Memphis
Wed, Mar 4, 2026, 8:55 AM
Shams Charania
Grizzlies signed Rayan Rupert to a two-way contract.
Analysis: Rupert has played well for Memphis on a 10-day contract after Portland waived him last month. Still only 21 years old, Rupert will fill the two-way vacancy that was left by Olivier-Maxence Prosper, who signed a standard deal with Memphis earlier in the day.
Taj Gibson
Taj Gibson (conditioning) ruled out vs. Portland
Wed, Mar 4, 2026, 8:47 AM
Grizzlies PR
Taj Gibson (conditioning) has been ruled out against the Trail Blazers on Wednesday.
Analysis: Gibson signed with Memphis last week, but he isn't ready to suit up for them. Managers should have zero interest in rostering Gibson in the year 2026.
Santi Aldama
Santi Aldama (knee) remains out vs. Portland
Wed, Mar 4, 2026, 8:43 AM
Grizzlies PR
Santi Aldama (knee) has been ruled out against the Trail Blazers on Wednesday.
Analysis: Aldama was initially cleared to play on Tuesday, but he ended up being a late scratch. That won't change for this game, meaning it will have been a month since Aldama last suited up. His continued absence will lead to more minutes for Olivier-Maxence Prosper, who signed a standard contract earlier in the day.
Scotty Pippen
Scotty Pippen Jr. (toe) doubtful vs. Portland
Wed, Mar 4, 2026, 8:37 AM
Grizzlies PR
Scotty Pippen Jr. (toe) is doubtful to play against the Trail Blazers on Wednesday.
Analysis: Pippen played on Tuesday, and now he is expected to sit out the second leg of this back-to-back. With Ty Jerome (calf) also doubtful, Cam Spencer, Walter Clayton Jr. and Javon Small will fill the point guard minutes.
Ty Jerome
Ty Jerome (calf) doubtful vs. Portland
Wed, Mar 4, 2026, 8:35 AM
Grizzlies PR
Ty Jerome (calf) is doubtful to play against the Trail Blazers on Wednesday.
Analysis: Jerome played on Tuesday, but he hasn't played in a back-to-back yet this season, and that won't change in this game. Walter Clayton Jr., Cam Spencer and Javon Small will occupy the point guard minutes for this game with Scotty Pippen Jr. also doubtful.
Olivier-Maxence Prosper
Grizzlies sign O-Max to standard contract
Wed, Mar 4, 2026, 6:33 AM
Shams Charania
Grizzlies signed Olivier-Maxence Prosper to a multi-year contract.
Analysis: The 2023 first-round pick wasn't able to find his footing in Dallas, but he has played well enough to earn a full contract with Memphis. Over the past two weeks, he has averaged 12.4 points, 3.9 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.4 steals per game. O-Max has benefited from numerous injuries and trades, so he likely won't make much of a fantasy impact next season. However, he'll hold some value during silly season over the final month of the year.
Zach Edey
Zach Edey undergoes season-ending ankle surgery
Tue, Mar 3, 2026, 5:26 PM
Grizzlies PR
Zach Edey underwent season-ending ankle surgery on Tuesday.
Analysis: The team announced that the surgery on his left ankle was successful, and he's expected to make a full recovery ahead of next season. Edey was incredibly effective when he was on the floor, and he is considered an important part of the Grizzlies' future. Hopefully he'll be healthier next season after logging just 11 games this year. He played 66 games as a rookie, so there is reason for optimism entering next season.
Ty Jerome
Ty Jerome (thigh) scores 14 points in return
Tue, Mar 3, 2026, 5:07 PM
Ty Jerome (thigh) produced 14 points (4-of-13 FGs, 4-of-4 FTs), four rebounds, two assists, one steal and two three-pointers in Tuesday's loss to the Timberwolves.
Analysis: Back in the lineup after a two-game absence, Jerome logged 24 minutes against the Timberwolves. Fellow backcourt starter Scotty Pippen Jr. (8/3/5/1 with one three-pointer) also played 24 minutes, and both could be held out of Wednesday's game against the Trail Blazers. If so, that would mean more opportunities for Walter Clayton Jr. (9/1/9/2 with one three-pointer) and Cam Spencer (10/2/4/1 with one three-pointer) to show what they can do.
