Brandon Clarke
Brandon Clarke (knee) to return in 6-9 weeks
Tue, Nov 11, 2025, 5:07 AM
Grizzlies PR
Brandon Clarke (knee) will return in six-to-nine weeks.
Analysis: This announcement from the Grizzlies means that Clarke will return between December 23 and January 13. Clark underwent a procedure in September, which has prevented him from suiting up this season. Jaren Jackson Jr., Santi Aldama and Jock Landale will continue to fill the post minutes until Zach Edey (ankle) and Clarke return, though Edey's return should be much earlier.
Ja Morant
Ja Morant continues to struggle, scores 11 points
Sun, Nov 9, 2025, 2:56 PM
Ja Morant shot 3-of-18 from the field and 3-of-4 from the foul line in Sunday's loss to the Thunder, scoring 11 points, with three rebounds, eight assists, one steal and two three-pointers.
Analysis: While Morant looked better in Friday's win over the Mavericks, all isn't fine for the Grizzlies' point guard. Pestered throughout Sunday's game by Oklahoma City's guards, he shot 1-of-11 from inside the three-point line. Add in the foul trouble, and this was a rough night for Morant and those who have him rostered. With the Grizzlies playing three games during Week 4, the hope is that a trip to Madison Square Garden on Tuesday will help Morant rediscover the “joy” he's claimed to have lost recently.
Jaren Jackson
Jaren Jackson Jr. scores team-high 17 points
Sun, Nov 9, 2025, 2:55 PM
Jaren Jackson Jr. accumulated 17 points (6-of-16 FGs, 2-of-5 FTs), seven rebounds, two assists, two blocks and three three-pointers in Sunday's loss to the Thunder.
Analysis: Jackson didn't have the best night shooting the basketball, and his finishing in the paint was the issue. The Grizzlies forward shot 3-of-8 in the paint, which negatively impacted his overall field-goal percentage. However, the rebounds, blocks and three-pointers were solid, so all wasn't lost for fantasy managers who have Jackson rostered. He's providing seventh-round value in nine-cat formats, which isn't the production that many hoped for based on JJJ's Yahoo! ADP of 36. Memphis plays three games during Week 4, starting with the Knicks on Tuesday.
Santi Aldama
Santi Aldama (shoulder) available Sunday vs. OKC
Sun, Nov 9, 2025, 11:32 AM
Memphis Grizzlies
Santi Aldama (shoulder) is available for Sunday's game against the Thunder.
Analysis: Aldama is good to go after initially being listed as questionable with a left shoulder issue that's been a problem recently. He'll take on his usual role off the bench, providing late-round fantasy value behind starter Jaren Jackson Jr.
Santi Aldama
Santi Aldama (shoulder) questionable vs. OKC
Sat, Nov 8, 2025, 1:25 PM
NBA Injury Report
Santi Aldama (shoulder) is questionable to play against the Thunder on Sunday.
Analysis: Aldama dealt with a left shoulder issue in October, and it's popping back up. If he is forced to miss Sunday's game, GG Jackson and Olivier-Maxence Prosper could return to the rotation to make up for Aldama's absence.
Jaren Jackson
Jaren Jackson Jr. has 17 points in win over Dallas
Fri, Nov 7, 2025, 6:03 PM
Jaren Jackson Jr. accumulated 17 points (6-of-9 FGs, 3-of-3 FTs), four rebounds and two three-pointers in the victory over the Mavericks on Friday.
Analysis: Jackson Jr. had an unspectacular night overall, but shot efficiently in the 29 minutes he played. He drained a pair of three-pointers in the process and connected on all three of his free throws. Yet, the former Defensive Player of the Year didn't record any stocks and had very little impact on the glass. His scoring was the only noteworthy contribution from a fantasy basketball standpoint.
Ja Morant
Ja Morant scores 21, dishes 13 assists vs. Dallas
Fri, Nov 7, 2025, 5:52 PM
Ja Morant logged 21 points (7-of-20 FGs, 7-of-7 FTs), five rebounds, 13 assists and three steals in Friday's victory over the Mavericks.
Analysis: Despite not shooting well from either inside or beyond the arc, Morant volumed his way to his first 20-point game of November. The more impressive part of his outing, however, was how well he made plays for others ??" the superstar guard set a season high in assists, although the strong facilitating was met with a season-worst seven turnovers. The double-double marked the second of the season for Morant, as he helped the Grizzlies stop a four-game skid.
Jaren Jackson
Jaren Jackson Jr. has nine points in loss to HOU
Wed, Nov 5, 2025, 4:51 PM
Jaren Jackson Jr. has nine points (2-of-6 FGs, 5-of-6 FTs), six rebounds, one assist, one steal and five blocks against the Rockets on Wednesday.
Analysis: Ja Morant wasn't the only culprit in the Grizzlies' loss to the Rockets on Wednesday. Jackson had his lowest scoring output of the season with nine points on six attempts from the field. This was just the second time in eight games that the 26-year-old power forward shot worse than 50 percent in a game. Jackson is certainly better than this, but if he was more aggressive in getting shots up he wouldn't have to be so efficient to get his points. If the Grizzlies are going to stop this three-game losing streak from growing, they're going to need Jackson, who they signed to a max contract this offseason, to step up.
Ja Morant
Ja Morant has 17 points on 19 shots in loss to HOU
Wed, Nov 5, 2025, 4:46 PM
Ja Morant had 17 points (6-of-19 FGs, 4-of-4 FTs), five rebounds, eight assists, one block, one steal and one three-pointer against the Rockets on Wednesday.
Analysis: Since winning the season opener against the Pelicans, the Grizzlies are 2-6. After Tuesday's game, Morant said he doesn't have his usual joy this year. It's unlikely that he feels any differently after another loss Wednesday, this time to the Rockets and the Grizzlies' third loss in a row. Morant is averaging 14.3 points per game on 28.6 percent shooting and four turnovers per game during the losing streak. It doesn't get much easier for the 26-year-old point guard with home matchups against the Mavericks and Thunder on tap this weekend.
Jaren Jackson
Jaren Jackson Jr. scores team-high 21 points
Mon, Nov 3, 2025, 6:19 PM
Jaren Jackson Jr. led the Grizzlies with 21 points (8-of-14 FGs), four rebounds, one assist, two blocks and four three-pointers against the Pistons on Monday.
Analysis: Jackson set his season-high for scoring in a second straight game. After scoring 20 points against Toronto on Sunday, he exceeded that mark against Detroit as the Grizzlies dropped a third straight game. Jackson's scoring has been down early on this season, mostly due to seeing fewer shot attempts. However, he's shooting efficiently, which helps make up for the lack of volume. He'll look to make it three straight 20-point outings when they take on the Rockets on Wednesday.
Ja Morant
Morant scores 18 points despite no ‘joy'
Mon, Nov 3, 2025, 6:12 PM
Damichael Cole
Ja Morant returned to the lineup on Monday and contributed 18 points (5-of-16 FGs, 8-of-9 FTs), six rebounds, 10 assists, one steal and five turnovers in a 114-106 loss to the Pistons.
Analysis: After serving a one-game suspension for “conduct detrimental to the team”, Morant returned to his role as the Grizzlies' starting point guard. It was a subpar shooting night, but he was able to record a double-double. After the game, he was asked if he has his usual joy, and he said “no.” Clearly, the saga in Memphis will continue, though winning does seems to cure all. Unfortunately, the schedule doesn't get any easier, with the Rockets up next on the schedule on Wednesday.
Ja Morant
Ja Morant back in starting lineup in return
Mon, Nov 3, 2025, 1:40 PM
Drew Hill
Ja Morant, Jaylen Wells, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Jaren Jackson Jr. and Jock Landale will start against the Pistons on Monday.
Analysis: Morant will be back in the starting lineup after serving a one-game suspension. His return will push Cam Spencer back to the bench after an unproductive start against Toronto. If Spencer was streamed in, he can be returned to the waiver wire.
Jaren Jackson
Jaren Jackson Jr. scores 20 points Sunday vs. TOR
Sun, Nov 2, 2025, 3:03 PM
Jaren Jackson Jr. tallied 20 points (8-of-15 FGs, 3-of-4 FTs), nine rebounds, three assists and one three-pointer on Sunday against the Raptors.
Analysis: JJJ scored a team-high in points on a night in which the Grizzlies were without their leading scorer, Ja Morant. With the efficient shooting, Jackson Jr. was able to reach the 20-point mark for the first time this season. The former Defensive Player of the Year didn't land any stocks in this game, however, which has now happened in back-to-back games and for the third time already this season. The Grizzlies, and fantasy managers, would likely benefit from Jackson Jr. returning to last year's form.
Jock Landale
Jock Landale posts 14 points, six boards vs. TOR
Sun, Nov 2, 2025, 2:59 PM
Jock Landale finished Sunday's loss to the Raptors with 14 points (6-of-8 FGs), six rebounds, two assists, one steal and two three-pointers.
Analysis: Landale continues to provide the Grizzlies with solid production at the starting center spot. He shot efficiently and turned in another double-digit scoring performance on the heels of a 16-point game against the Lakers. Sunday marked his third time within the past seven days that he's reached at least 14 points and had multiple three-point makes in a game. Landale appears to have some comfort in this Memphis offense, sharing the starting frontcourt alongside Jaren Jackson Jr. He has served as a nice starting center while Memphis deals with injuries.
Vince Williams
Vince Williams posts 14/3/3 line off bench vs. TOR
Sun, Nov 2, 2025, 2:57 PM
Vince Williams logged 14 points (5-of-7 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), three rebounds, three assists, two steals and two three-pointers in the loss to the Raptors on Sunday.
Analysis: Williams had better production in his second appearance of the season and was one of several Grizzlies players to provide value off the bench against the Raptors on Sunday. In just 21 minutes of action, his efficient shooting and contributions from beyond the arc allowed him to finish as one of Memphis' top scorers on the evening, while also concluding as one of the team's better facilitators. As Williams logs more game reps after a heel injury forced him to miss the beginning of the season, there's a chance his workload and production could increase going forward.
GG Jackson
GG Jackson (illness) removed from injury report
Sat, Nov 1, 2025, 11:51 AM
NBA Injury Report
GG Jackson (illness) is not on the injury report for Sunday's game against the Raptors.
Analysis: Jackson was unavailable for Friday's loss to the Lakers, but his absence had a limited impact on the Grizzlies' rotation. That will likely remain the case on Sunday, even with the Grizzlies suspending point guard Ja Morant for a game due to conduct detrimental to the team.
Ja Morant
Ja Morant suspended for detrimental conduct
Sat, Nov 1, 2025, 10:08 AM
Memphis Grizzlies
The Grizzlies have suspended Ja Morant one game for conduct detrimental to the team.
Analysis: Morant's suspension stems from comments made following Friday's loss to the Lakers. The Grizzlies' point guard had a disappointing performance, shooting 3-of-14 from the field and finishing with eight points, one rebound, seven assists and one steal in 31 minutes. When asked about his struggles, Morant told the assembled media to “go ask the coaching staff.” According to , Grizzlies head coach Tuomas Iisalo challenged Morant's leadership following the game, to which the point guard responded in a way that prompted the suspension. He'll miss Sunday's game against the Raptors, making Cam Spencer and Vince Williams Jr. players to consider grabbing off the waiver wire.
Jaren Jackson
Jaren Jackson Jr. has 15 points in loss to Lakers
Fri, Oct 31, 2025, 6:28 PM
Jaren Jackson Jr. had 15 points (6-of-8 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), four rebounds, one assist and two three-pointers against the Lakers on Friday.
Analysis: Jackson isn't the offensive catalyst that Ja Morant is for the Grizzlies, but he's certainly one of the teams' best players. The 26-year-old power forward had just two points in the second half as Memphis blew a 14-point halftime lead to the Lakers on Friday. Jackson was also fairly quiet in the other categories as he had four rebounds, one assist and no blocks or steals before he fouled out. He could stand to be more assertive on offense as he only took eight shots in the game while Ja Morant, Jaylen Wells, Santi Aldama, Cedric Coward and Vince Williams Jr. all took more in a close loss.
Ja Morant
Ja Morant struggles with eight points in loss
Fri, Oct 31, 2025, 6:22 PM
Ja Morant had eight points (3-of-14 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), one rebound, seven assists and one steal against the Lakers on Friday.
Analysis: The Grizzlies were up by 14 at halftime, but Morant had trouble scoring all night and outright failed to score in the second half. The 26-year-old point guard is playing through an ankle injury, which could be contributing to him scoring above 23 points only twice in six games. Morant isn't known for his three-point shooting, but he's 5-for-30 from behind the three-point line so far. Overall, he's had two good games out of six and he needs to be more consistent and efficient on offense.
GG Jackson
GG Jackson (illness) ruled out Friday vs. Lakers
Fri, Oct 31, 2025, 1:42 PM
Memphis Grizzlies
GG Jackson (illness) is out for Friday's game against the Lakers.
Analysis: Initially questionable for Friday's game, Jackson has been ruled out due to an illness. His absence does not impact fantasy basketball, as he isn't guaranteed to be in the rotation when healthy.
