Mon, May 4, 2026, 10:45 AM
NBA Injury Report
Kevin Huerter (adductor) is questionable for Tuesday's Game 1 against the Cavaliers.
Analysis: Huerter missed the final three games of the Pistons' first-round series against the Magic. His absence factored into Cade Cunningham's playing time increasing, but Detroit was also looking to erase a 3-1 deficit. If Huerter can't play on Tuesday, it's possible that Daniss Jenkins and Javonte Green are asked to play more.
Jalen Duren
Jalen Duren has 15/15 double-double Sunday vs. ORL
Sun, May 3, 2026, 1:12 PM
Jalen Duren totaled 15 points (5-of-9 FGs, 5-of-6 FTs), 15 rebounds, three assists and one steal in the win over the Magic on Sunday.
Analysis: Duren recorded his first double-double of the season on Sunday to help the Pistons win three straight games and complete the series comeback to advance to the Eastern Conference Semifinals. Sunday's win marked the first-time All-Star's highest scoring total of the series, and was also the first time he collected double-digit rebounds. He'll look to have a much more consistent second round, but his performance in Game 7 should provide him with the necessary momentum to start off the next series productively.
Cade Cunningham
Cade Cunningham logs 32 points, 12 dimes in Game 7
Sun, May 3, 2026, 1:03 PM
Cade Cunningham added 32 points (10-of-18 FGs, 3-of-10 FTs), one rebound, 12 assists, two blocks and four three-pointers in the win over the Magic on Sunday.
Analysis: Cunningham was sensational, once again, on Sunday. He logged a second consecutive 32-point outing, this time adding a series-best 12 assists to help the Pistons reel off three straight wins to save their season. The former first-overall pick averaged 36.3 points in the three elimination games and scored at least 30 points in more than half of the seven games. Cunningham's versatility undoubtedly is the driving force of this Pistons offense ??" Detroit will count on him to lead the way offensively in the Eastern Conference Semifinals.
Tobias Harris
Tobias Harris steps up, scores 30 points in Game 7
Sun, May 3, 2026, 12:55 PM
Tobias Harris added 30 points (11-of-18 FGs, 3-of-3 FTs), nine rebounds, two assists, three steals, one block and five three-pointers in Sunday's win over the Magic.
Analysis: Harris spent much of the series punishing his former employer. His series-high 30-point outing on Sunday put the finishing touches on a seven-game showing in which he averaged a strong 21.6 points and 8.1 rebounds. He led Detroit in three-pointers in Game 7 and tied a team high with four stocks. The veteran forward often functioned as the Pistons' second-best performer throughout the series. He'll be counted on in the Eastern Conference Semifinals.

NBA Injury Report
Kevin Huerter (adductor) is out for Sunday's Game 7 against the Magic.
Analysis: Sunday's series decider will be the third game that Huerter has missed due to a strained left adductor. Given what's on the line, the Pistons will continue to lean heavily on Cade Cunningham, who has played 44 and 42 minutes in the two games that Huerter has missed.

Kevin Huerter (adductor) is questionable for Sunday's Game 7 against the Magic.
Analysis: Huerter has missed the last two games with a strained left adductor. The Pistons have leaned on Cade Cunningham, who saw his highest minute totals of the series in the last two games, without Huerter. That figures to be the case once again in Game 7 on Sunday.
Duncan Robinson
Duncan Robinson hits four three-pointers in Game 6
Fri, May 1, 2026, 3:48 PM
Duncan Robinson recorded 14 points (5-of-11 FGs), five rebounds, three assists and four three-pointers in Friday's Game 6 win over the Magic.
Analysis: Having hit three three-pointers in four of the first five games of this series, Robinson was a bit more productive in Game 6. The Pistons' wing established new series-highs in points and three-pointers, sprinkling in some rebounds and assists for good measure. One would assume that Orlando will shoot the ball better on Sunday than they did in the second half of Game 6, as they totaled 19 points. As a result, the Pistons will need Robinson to come through with a performance similar to the one he produced on Friday.
Tobias Harris
Tobias Harris chips in with 22 points, 10 boards
Fri, May 1, 2026, 3:47 PM
Tobias Harris accounted for 22 points (7-of-20 FGs, 6-of-9 FTs), 10 rebounds and two three-pointers in Friday's Game 6 win over the Magic.
Analysis: Harris may have shot just 35 percent from the field in Game 6, but he has been a consistent offensive presence alongside Cade Cunningham in this series. Despite spraining his left ankle during Game 5, the veteran forward logged 38 minutes on Friday, and he's scored at least 20 points in each of the last four games. Harris' double-double was his second of the series, and the Pistons will need a similar effort in Game 7, especially if Jalen Duren (8/9/1) continues to struggle.
Cade Cunningham
Cade Cunningham scores 32 to help force Game 7
Fri, May 1, 2026, 3:46 PM
Cade Cunningham finished Friday's Game 6 win over the Magic with 32 points (10-of-23 FGs, 10-of-12 FTs), 10 rebounds, three assists, four steals, one block and two three-pointers.
Analysis: Despite trailing by as much as 24, Cunningham and the Pistons rallied to force a decisive Game 7 on Sunday. And as one would expect, the Pistons' point guard was at his best when his team needed him most. Cunningham scored 19 points in the fourth quarter, which equaled Orlando's tally for the entire second half. Over the last two games, both Pistons victories, Cunningham has totaled 77 points. Given the offensive challenges that Detroit faces, they'll need another elite effort from their star on Sunday.
Kevin Huerter
Kevin Huerter (adductor) downgraded to out Friday
Fri, May 1, 2026, 12:08 PM
NBA Injury Report
Kevin Huerter (adductor) is out for Friday's Game 6 against the Magic.
Analysis: Huerter will miss a second consecutive game as he deals with a strained left adductor. His continued absence means that the Pistons will lean even more on Cade Cunningham, who logged 44 minutes in Game 5. Daniss Jenkins' playing time only increased slightly on Wednesday, as the Pistons managed to stave off elimination.
Tobias Harris
Tobias Harris (ankle) upgraded to available
Fri, May 1, 2026, 12:05 PM
NBA Injury Report
Tobias Harris (ankle) is available for Friday's Game 6 against the Magic.
Analysis: Initially questionable after spraining his left ankle during the Pistons' Game 5 victory on Wednesday, Harris is good to go. He'll take on his usual role within the starting lineup and has been one of the Pistons' most consistent players in this series. Detroit will need a similar effort from Harris if they're to force a decisive Game 7 on Sunday.

NBA Injury Report
Kevin Huerter (adductor) is questionable for Friday's Game 6 against the Magic.
Analysis: Huerter did not play in Wednesday's Game 5 victory, with his absence leading to a few more minutes for Daniss Jenkins. However, Jenkins did not receive too big a boost, as Cade Cunningham played 44 of a possible 48 minutes. Huerter's return would give the Pistons another perimeter shooting option to play off of Cunningham.

NBA Injury Report
Tobias Harris (ankle) is questionable for Friday's Game 6 against the Magic.
Analysis: Harris sprained his left ankle during Wednesday's Game 5 victory over the Magic but remained in the game. The veteran forward has been one of Detroit's most consistent players in this series, so not having him would make a major difference. If Harris can't play, Javonte Green is a potential replacement in the starting lineup.
Jalen Duren
Jalen Duren records 12 points, nine rebounds
Wed, Apr 29, 2026, 3:50 PM
Jalen Duren finished Wednesday's Game 5 win over the Magic with 12 points (4-of-6 FGs, 4-of-4 FTs), nine rebounds, two assists and two blocked shots.
Analysis: Duren's numbers once again did not align with his regular-season production, but the Pistons got enough production from Cade Cunningham and Tobias Harris to compensate. The Pistons' center finished one rebound shy of what would have been his first double-double of the series, and he did block two shots. However, Duren attempted only six shots, and foul trouble limited him to 28 minutes. For Detroit to force a decisive Game 7, they're going to need more from Duren in Game 6 on Friday night.
Tobias Harris
Tobias Harris chips in with 23 points in Game 5
Wed, Apr 29, 2026, 3:49 PM
Tobias Harris notched 23 points (9-of-18 FGs, 4-of-7 FTs), eight rebounds, one assist, two steals and one three-pointer in Wednesday's Game 5 win over the Magic.
Analysis: Harris has been one of Detroit's most consistent players in their first-round series, which they now trail three games to two. The veteran forward has scored 20 points or more in three consecutive games, shooting at least 47 percent from the field in each. Harris appeared to tweak his left ankle during the third quarter after banging his back into the basket stanchion, but he never left the game. That should bode well for his availability for Friday's Game 6 in Orlando.
Cade Cunningham
Cade Cunningham scores 45, keeps Pistons alive
Wed, Apr 29, 2026, 3:49 PM
Cade Cunningham amassed 45 points (13-of-23 FGs, 14-of-14 FTs), four rebounds, five assists, one steal and five three-pointers in Wednesday's Game 5 win over the Magic.
Analysis: With their backs against the wall going into Game 5, the Pistons needed an elite showing from their MVP candidate. While Cunningham did commit six turnovers, there's no question that he answered the call to force a Game 6 on Friday night. The Pistons' star did not miss from the foul line and shot over 50 percent from the field, including a lethal stepback mid-range jumper that extended Detroit's lead to five points in the final minute. For the Pistons to force a Game 7, they'll likely need a similar performance from Cunningham in Orlando on Friday.
Kevin Huerter

Wed, Apr 29, 2026, 12:15 PM
NBA Injury Report
Kevin Huerter (adductor) is out for Wednesday's Game 5 against the Magic.
Analysis: Initially questionable for Game 5, Huerter is now officially out. Given Detroit's lack of consistent perimeter shooters, Red Velvet's absence could be more impactful than many expect, even with limited playing time. The Pistons will need their “others” on the perimeter to offer more consistent shooting to supplement Cade Cunningham.

NBA Injury Report
Kevin Huerter (adductor) is questionable for Wednesday's Game 5 against the Magic.
Analysis: Huerter has been dealing with a hip injury, but an adductor issue has landed him on the injury report ahead of Game 5. Huerter's vacated minutes may largely be absorbed by Duncan Robinson, who can also provide floor spacing and knock down triples.
Cade Cunningham
Cade Cunningham has 25/9/6 line in Game 4 loss
Mon, Apr 27, 2026, 5:09 PM
Cade Cunningham had 25 points (7-of-23 FGs, 8-of-10 FTs), nine rebounds, six assists, two blocks and three three-pointers in Monday's Game 4 loss to the Magic.
Analysis: While Jalen Duren had been the poster boy for the Pistons' struggles in this series, Cunningham seemed to takeover the mantle from Duren in Monday's Game 4 loss to the Magic. The 24-year-old superstar had eight turnovers and was 7-of-23 from the field as the No. 1 seed Pistons fell behind 3-1 in the series. It was the third consecutive game where Cunningham had at least seven turnovers, tying James Harden's playoff record. Cunningham and the Pistons will have their backs against the wall as they try to avoid elimination at home in Game 5 on Wednesday.
Kevin Huerter
Kevin Huerter (hip) available for Game 4 Monday
Mon, Apr 27, 2026, 1:39 PM
Kevin Huerter (hip) is available for Monday's Game 4 against the Magic.
Analysis: Huerter left Game 3 with a sore left hip after playing 15 minutes off the bench and didn't return. He was listed as questionable for Game 4, but was ultimately ruled in. Huerter can provide outside shooting and floor spacing off the bench, particularly in minutes where starting small forward Duncan Robinson is off the floor.
