Tim Hardaway
THJ knocks down season-best seven triples
Sat, Nov 29, 2025, 5:58 PM
Tim Hardaway Jr. provided a boost off the bench with 23 points (8-of-14 FGs), three rebounds and seven three-pointers against the Suns on Saturday.
Analysis: Hardaway has played a consistent role off the bench for Denver this year, but this was one of his best performances. He matched his season high for points while also setting a new season high for three-pointers. THJ will continue to play an important role for the Nuggets, but his production will be too volatile for him to be considered a player worth rostering in standard leagues.
Nikola Jokic
Joki? puts up 26/9/10 line in win over Phoenix
Sat, Nov 29, 2025, 5:51 PM
Nikola Joki? led the Nuggets with 26 points (7-of-7 FGs, 10-of-11 FTs), nine rebounds, 10 assists, two three-pointers and five turnovers in a 130-112 win over the Suns on Saturday.
Analysis: Joki? fell one rebound shy of a triple-double for a second straight game, but the difference in this one was that Denver walked away with a win. Joki? continues to dominate every single night, and he was perfect from the floor in this game. His lone missed shot attempt ended up coming at the free throw line. Denver has a four-game week coming up, so expect plenty more monster performances from Joki?.
Bruce Brown
Bruce Brown (knee) available vs. Phoenix
Sat, Nov 29, 2025, 2:04 PM
Rachel Strand
Bruce Brown (knee) is available to play against the Suns on Saturday.
Analysis: Brown was questionable on the second leg of the back-to-back, but he'll be available to suit up. He'll play his typical role off the bench, which hasn't resulted in much fantasy value from him this year.
Nikola Jokic
Nikola Joki? (wrist) available vs. Phoenix
Sat, Nov 29, 2025, 2:00 PM
Duane Rankin
Nikola Joki? (wrist) is available to play against the Suns on Saturday.
Analysis: Joki? will be good to go despite the initial questionable tag. The wrist injury isn't on his shooting arm, so it shouldn't prevent him from having a big night, especially with Phoenix playing this game without Mark Williams.
Bruce Brown
Bruce Brown (knee) questionable Saturday vs. Suns
Sat, Nov 29, 2025, 8:52 AM
Bruce Brown (knee) is questionable for Saturday's game against the Suns.
Analysis: Brown had three points in 19 minutes in Friday's loss to the Spurs. The 29-year-old shooting guard's status is up in the air for Saturday's game against the Suns given his questionable listing. Brown isn't worth rostering in most formats regardless of his availability.
Nikola Jokic
Nikola Joki? (wrist) questionable Saturday
Sat, Nov 29, 2025, 8:41 AM
Nikola Joki? (wrist) is questionable for Saturday's game against the Suns.
Analysis: Joki? missed a triple-double by one rebound against the Spurs on Friday night. The 30-year-old center's status is up in the air against the Suns on Saturday given his questionable listing. If Joki? is out, Jonas Valanciunas will start for the Nuggets and is worth streaming.
Cameron Johnson
Cameron Johnson hits six triples, scores 28 points
Fri, Nov 28, 2025, 6:20 PM
Cameron Johnson tallied 28 points (10-of-16 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), six rebounds, one assist, two steals, one block and six three-pointers in Friday's loss to the Spurs.
Analysis: While the absences of Christian Braun and Aaron Gordon have to be considered, Johnson appears to be getting more comfortable with his new teammates. He's hit double figures in three straight and five of his last six appearances, with Friday's being the best of the bunch. Johnson has provided top-50 value over the past two weeks. He's still rostered in 77 percent of Yahoo! leagues, and those who didn't give up on Johnson are being rewarded for their patience.
Nikola Jokic
Nikola Joki? records 21/9/10/1/1 line vs. Spurs
Fri, Nov 28, 2025, 6:19 PM
Nikola Joki? amassed 21 points (7-of-10 FGs, 6-of-8 FTs), nine rebounds, 10 assists, one steal, one block and one three-pointer in Friday's loss to the Spurs.
Analysis: Joki? finished one rebound shy of a triple-double, but he had a solid night shooting the basketball. He remains the highest-ranked player in fantasy basketball, but that isn't a surprise to anyone. Joki? and the Nuggets will look to bounce back on Saturday when they visit the Suns.
Jamal Murray
Jamal Murray scores game-high 37 points vs. SAS
Fri, Nov 28, 2025, 6:19 PM
Jamal Murray finished Friday's loss to the Spurs with 37 points (13-of-20 FGs, 6-of-7 FTs), four rebounds, seven assists, one block and five three-pointers.
Analysis: Murray has been on a roll recently, having scored at least 23 points in four straight and six of his last seven games. The 37 points were six shy of his season-high, and the Nuggets guard put up those points on 65 percent shooting from the field. Over the past two weeks, Murray has been a top-20 player in eight- and nine-cat formats. He'll look to finish Week 6 on a high note when the Nuggets visit the Suns on Saturday.
Julian Strawther
Julian Strawther (back) out Friday vs. San Antonio
Thu, Nov 27, 2025, 12:48 PM
NBA Injury Report
Julian Strawther (back) is out for Friday's game against the Spurs.
Analysis: Strawther last appeared in a game on November 15 and has surpassed 20 minutes just once in nine appearances this season. His absence does not affect fantasy basketball, even with Christian Braun (ankle) sidelined.
Peyton Watson
Peyton Watson tallies 27 points, five rebounds
Mon, Nov 24, 2025, 4:36 PM
Peyton Watson amassed 27 points (11-of-22 FGs), five rebounds, three assists, one steal, one block and five three-pointers in Monday's win over the Grizzlies.
Analysis: Watson has reached double figures in four of his last six starts, first moving into the starting lineup because of Christian Braun's ankle injury. With Aaron Gordon (hamstring) also out for an extended period, the Nuggets are in a position where they need Watson to be more aggressive on offense. That certainly wasn't an issue in Memphis, with the 27 points being five shy of his season and career-highs. Watson's two best scoring nights as a pro have occurred over the last week. Rostered in 22 percent of Yahoo! leagues, Watson is worth adding before Denver's final two games of Week 6 on Friday and Saturday.
Jamal Murray
Jamal Murray leads Nuggets with 29 points vs. MEM
Mon, Nov 24, 2025, 4:35 PM
Jamal Murray accounted for 29 points (11-of-21 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), three rebounds, eight assists and six three-pointers in Monday's win over the Grizzlies.
Analysis: Murray and Peyton Watson combined to score 56 points on Monday, as the Grizzlies devoted most of their attention to slowing down Nikola Joki?. Murray has scored at least 23 points in three straight and five of his last six outings, with the scoring being one reason why he's providing top-25 value in nine-cat formats. He's exceeding his Yahoo! ADP (36) by a sizable margin, providing fantasy managers with reliable value across multiple categories.
Nikola Jokic
Nikola Joki? posts 17/10/16/2 line vs. Memphis
Mon, Nov 24, 2025, 4:35 PM
Nikola Joki? finished Monday's win over the Grizzlies with 17 points (5-of-9 FGs, 4-of-5 FTs), 10 rebounds, 16 assists, two steals and three three-pointers.
Analysis: For just the second time this season, Joki? failed to score at least 20 points. However, it didn't matter all that much, as Jamal Murray and Peyton Watson combined to score 56 points. The Joker did record his 10th triple-double of the season, with the 16 assists matching his previous high. And with Joki? scoring 17 points, keep in mind that he only attempted nine shots, so the field-goal percentage didn't take a beating. The Nuggets end Week 6 with a Friday/Saturday back-to-back against the Spurs and Suns.
Julian Strawther
Julian Strawther (back) out Monday vs. Memphis
Sun, Nov 23, 2025, 11:33 AM
NBA Injury Report
Julian Strawther (back) is out for Monday's game against the Grizzlies.
Analysis: Strawther's continued absence does not impact fantasy basketball, as he is not guaranteed rotation minutes when healthy. Bruce Brown and Tim Hardaway Jr. will continue to play the minutes available to Denver's reserve perimeter players.
Aaron Gordon
Shams: Gordon (hamstring) out at least 4-6 weeks
Sun, Nov 23, 2025, 5:56 AM
Shams Charania
ESPN's Shams Charania reports Aaron Gordon (hamstring) will be re-evaluated in four to six weeks.
Analysis: Gordon suffered a strained right hamstring during Friday's win over the Rockets. According to Charania, it is a Grade 2 strain, and the Nuggets forward will be re-evaluated in four to six weeks. Gordon was already dealing with bilateral hamstring issues, and he played through a strain in Game 7 of last season's second-round series against the Thunder. Losing Gordon will significantly impact Denver's rotation, especially with Christian Braun (ankle) already out. Spencer Jones started Saturday's loss to the Kings but provided minimal value in his 24 minutes on the court. Between his recent play and the absences of Gordon and Braun, now is a good time to hop back onto the Cameron Johnson bandwagon. Over his last four games, he's averaged 15.5 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 0.5 steals, 0.5 blocks and 2.8 three-pointers while shooting 56.8 percent from the field.
Cameron Johnson
Cameron Johnson scores season-high 20 points
Sat, Nov 22, 2025, 6:45 PM
Cameron Johnson finished Saturday's loss to the Kings with 20 points (7-of-11 FGs, 2-of-3 FTs), five rebounds, four assists, one block and four three-pointers.
Analysis: After a terribly slow start to the season, Johnson has looked more comfortable in recent games. He's reached double figures in three of his last four, with Saturday's performance being Johnson's best as a Nugget. Still rostered in 75 percent of Yahoo! leagues, he has been a top-100 player in eight-cat formats over the past week. Johnson will look to build on this run when the Nuggets visit Memphis on Sunday.
Jamal Murray
Jamal Murray posts 23 points, nine assists
Sat, Nov 22, 2025, 6:44 PM
Jamal Murray accumulated 23 points (9-of-18 FGs, 2-of-3 FTs), two rebounds, nine assists, one steal, one block and three three-pointers in Saturday's loss to the Kings.
Analysis: Murray has scored at least 23 points in two straight and four of his last five games. Over the past two weeks, the Nuggets guard has provided third-round value in eight-cat formats. Aaron Gordon's hamstring injury hasn't changed Murray's place within the offensive pecking order, but it does make his role more important. That's good news for fantasy managers, some of whom may consider selling high on Murray.
Nikola Jokic
Nikola Joki? records 44/13/7 line vs. Sacramento
Sat, Nov 22, 2025, 6:43 PM
Nikola Joki? recorded 44 points (16-of-27 FGs, 9-of-10 FTs), 13 rebounds, seven assists and three three-pointers in Saturday's loss to the Kings.
Analysis: Joki? did what he could to drag the Nuggets to a win on Saturday, scoring 20 points in the fourth quarter. Unfortunately for Denver, the three-time league MVP's efforts weren't enough to help the team avoid defeat. Joki? finished with his 15th double-double of the season, and the 44 points were the second-most in a game for him this season. The Nuggets play three games in Week 6, starting with the Grizzlies on Monday.
Julian Strawther
Julian Strawther (back) out Saturday vs. SAC
Sat, Nov 22, 2025, 9:36 AM
NBA Injury Report
Julian Strawther (back) is out for Saturday's game against the Kings.
Analysis: Due to lower back injury management, Strawther will miss a fourth consecutive game. His absence does not affect fantasy basketball, but it means even more playing time will be available to Peyton Watson and Bruce Brown.
Aaron Gordon
Aaron Gordon (hamstring) out Saturday vs. SAC
Sat, Nov 22, 2025, 9:34 AM
NBA Injury Report
Aaron Gordon (hamstring) is out for Saturday's game against the Kings.
Analysis: Gordon, who was dealing with some hamstring soreness ahead of Friday's win over the Rockets, suffered a strained right hamstring during the second quarter. He won't play on Saturday, and Nuggets head coach David Adelman said following Friday's win that he expects Gordon to miss some time. While Spencer Jones started the third quarter, Zeke Nnaji is another possibility to replace Gordon in the starting lineup. Nnaji started Wednesday's win over the Pelicans.
