Wed, Feb 4, 2026, 4:26 PM
Jamal Murray finished Wednesday's loss to the Knicks with 39 points (15-of-33 FGs, 6-of-7 FTs), five rebounds, six assists, one steal and three three-pointers.
Peyton Watson
Peyton Watson (hamstring) injured during fourth
Wed, Feb 4, 2026, 4:18 PM
Peyton Watson (hamstring) injured his right hamstring during the fourth quarter of Wednesday's loss to the Knicks and did not return.
Analysis: Watson played 33 minutes before having to leave Wednesday's game, giving a foul to stop play before immediately limping back to the locker room. He finished with 10 points (4-of-13 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), five rebounds, two assists, one steal, one block and one three-pointer. The Nuggets relied on Bruce Brown (10 points, five rebounds, three steals, one block and two three-pointers) and Tim Hardaway Jr. (19 points, six rebounds, two assists, one steal and four three-pointers) down the stretch, and that will be the case if Watson has to miss multiple games.
Christian Braun
Christian Braun (ankle) available vs. New York
Wed, Feb 4, 2026, 12:02 PM
NBA Injury Report
Christian Braun (ankle) is available for Wednesday's game against the Knicks.
Analysis: Braun is good to go after initially being listed as probable. He played 26 minutes in Tuesday's loss to the Pistons, and the workload should be similar against the Knicks.

Christian Braun (ankle) probable vs. New York
Wed, Feb 4, 2026, 7:20 AM
NBA Injury Report
Christian Braun (ankle) is probable to play against the Knicks on Wednesday.
Analysis: Braun made his return to the lineup against Detroit on Tuesday and immediately slotted in as a starter. He's expected to be available once again, and he should see a similar workload after playing an unproductive 26 minutes against the Pistons.
Nikola Jokic
Nikola Joki? has 24/15/4/2/1 line in loss Tuesday
Tue, Feb 3, 2026, 4:20 PM
Nikola Joki? had 24 points (9-of-10 FGs, 3-of-3 FTs), 15 rebounds, four assists, two steals, one block and three three-pointers in Tuesday's loss to the Pistons.
Analysis: Minutes-wise, Joki? has progressed from 25 to 29 to 33 in his first three games since returning from a knee injury that cost him a month of the season. The 30-year-old center was excellent as usual Tuesday despite falling to the top team in the Eastern Conference on the road. The question now will be if Joki? will play and potentially how much will he play on the second night of a back-to-back Wednesday against the Knicks on the road.
Jamal Murray
Jamal Murray has 32 points, eight assists in loss
Tue, Feb 3, 2026, 4:12 PM
Jamal Murray had 32 points (8-of-17 FGs, 12-of-13), one rebound, eight assists, two blocks and four three-pointers in Tuesday's 124-121 loss to the Pistons.
Analysis: Murray had his 14th game this season with at least 30 points in Tuesday's loss to the Pistons. The 28-year-old guard got to the free throw line multiple times in the final minute of regulation, doing enough to keep the Nuggets within one possession before finally missing one crucial free throw and finishing 12-of-13 from the line. Murray has provided first-round value this year. The Nuggets will be back on the floor Wednesday for the second game of the back-to-back against the Knicks on the road.
Christian Braun
DEN starts Murray, Pickett, Braun, Watson, Joki?
Tue, Feb 3, 2026, 12:44 PM
NBA Injury Report
Jamal Murray, Jalen Pickett, Christian Braun, Peyton Watson and Nikola Joki? will start Tuesday's game against the Pistons.
Analysis: Braun is in the starting lineup after missing Denver's prior 12 games with a left ankle injury. He'll step in for Spencer Jones, who is inactive to conserve a game on his 50-game limit as a two-way contract player. Those who are rostering Jones need to put him on the bench before tipoff. The other four starters are unchanged.
Christian Braun
Christian Braun (ankle) upgraded to available

Katy Winge
Christian Braun (ankle) is available for Tuesday's game against the Pistons.
Analysis: After missing Denver's last 12 games, Braun is good to go for Tuesday's matchup with the Pistons. It's unknown how much he'll play, and whether Braun will start or come off the bench. If he's moved into the starting lineup immediately, Jalen Pickett would head to the bench.
Christian Braun
Christian Braun (ankle) questionable vs. Detroit
Mon, Feb 2, 2026, 11:05 AM
NBA Injury Report
Christian Braun (ankle) is questionable to play against the Pistons on Tuesday.
Analysis: Braun has missed the last 12 games for Denver, but there is a chance he returns against Detroit. Jalen Pickett has been the starter recently and should remain in that role until Braun is back. Braun has struggled this season, but he has started in every game that he's played.
Peyton Watson
Peyton Watson scores team-high 29 points vs. OKC
Sun, Feb 1, 2026, 6:04 PM
Peyton Watson finished Sunday's loss to the Thunder with 29 points (11-of-17 FGs, 2-of-4 FTs), five rebounds, three assists, one steal, one block and five three-pointers.
Analysis: Watson did his best to pick up the slack offensively for the Nuggets, with his 29 points being one more than Nikola Joki? (16) and Jamal Murray (12) combined. Since moving into the starting lineup in mid-November, Watson has been a top-100 player in eight- and nine-cat formats. And with Aaron Gordon and Cameron Johnson still out, he should remain a starter for the foreseeable future. Watson is rostered in 45 percent of Yahoo! leagues, which is too low, given his current role.
Jamal Murray
Jamal Murray dishes out 12 assists vs. OKC
Sun, Feb 1, 2026, 6:04 PM
Jamal Murray amassed Sunday's loss to the Thunder with 12 points (4-of-16 FGs, 3-of-4 FTs), five rebounds, 12 assists, one steal, one block and one three-pointer.
Analysis: With the Thunder limiting Nikola Joki? to 16 points and nine shot attempts, Sunday was a night when the Nuggets needed an elite effort from Murray. Unfortunately for him, Oklahoma City was able to make his night difficult as well, with the 12 points being the fewest Murray's scored in a game since a December 11 win over the Kings in which he finished with 11. Given Murray's season-long production, there's no need for concern after one challenging performance. The Nuggets play three games in Week 16.
Nikola Jokic
Nikola Joki? logs 29 minutes vs. Oklahoma City
Sun, Feb 1, 2026, 6:03 PM
Nikola Joki? recorded 16 points (6-of-9 FGs, 3-of-4 FTs), seven rebounds, eight assists, one steal and one three-pointer in Sunday's loss to the Thunder.
Analysis: After playing 25 minutes in his first game back from a knee injury on Friday, Joki?'s playing time increased by four minutes on Sunday. However, the Thunder did a good job of keeping the three-time MVP under wraps, with Joki? committing six turnovers and only attempting nine shots. And things won't get easier, as the Nuggets open a three-game Week 16 with a road back-to-back against the Pistons and Knicks, the top two teams in the East.
Jamal Murray
Jamal Murray (hamstring, hip) available vs. OKC
Sun, Feb 1, 2026, 2:45 PM
Denver Nuggets
Jamal Murray (hamstring, hip) is available for Sunday's game against the Thunder.
Analysis: Murray is officially available after initially being listed as probable for Sunday's game. He'll occupy his usual place within the Nuggets' starting lineup.
Christian Braun
Christian Braun (ankle) downgraded to out vs. OKC
Sun, Feb 1, 2026, 2:42 PM
Denver Nuggets
Christian Braun (ankle) is out for Sunday's game against the Thunder.
Analysis: Braun remains out for another game, an unsurprising development since he was listed as doubtful. Jalen Pickett will stay in the starting lineup, but he is not worth the streaming risk in most leagues.
Nikola Jokic
Nikola Joki? (knee) available Sunday vs. Thunder
Sun, Feb 1, 2026, 2:40 PM
Nikola Joki? (knee) is available for Sunday's game against the Thunder.
Analysis: Joki? returned from nearly a month-long absence with a 31/12/5 line in 25 minutes in Friday's win over the Clippers. The 30-year-old center was listed as probable with a knee injury Sunday, so his availability isn't a surprise. Joki? doesn't need to play heavy minutes to have an impact on the game, but he could see more minutes Sunday in the marquee matchup against Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and the defending champion Thunder.
Jamal Murray
Jamal Murray (hamstring, hip) probable vs. OKC
Sat, Jan 31, 2026, 12:29 PM
NBA Injury Report
Jamal Murray (hamstring, hip) is probable for Sunday's game against the Thunder.
Analysis: Murray is back on the injury report, but the probable tag suggests he should be good to go Sunday night. He's scored at least 20 points in 17 of his last 18 appearances, and has a good shot of hearing his name called as an All-Star Game reserve before Sunday's showdown with the Thunder.
Nikola Jokic
Nikola Joki? (knee) probable vs. Oklahoma City
Sat, Jan 31, 2026, 12:22 PM
NBA Injury Report
Nikola Joki? (knee) is probable for Sunday's game against the Thunder.
Analysis: Joki? made his long-awaited return to the Nuggets' lineup on Friday, needing just 25 minutes to put up 31 points, 12 rebounds and five assists in a win over the Clippers. He'll likely be under a similar minutes restriction on Sunday, but the three-time MVP does not need to log heavy minutes to record an elite stat line. If Joki? can't play, Jonas Valan?i?nas would be the replacement in the starting lineup.
Christian Braun
Christian Braun (ankle) doubtful vs. Oklahoma City
Sat, Jan 31, 2026, 12:16 PM
NBA Injury Report
Christian Braun (ankle) is doubtful for Sunday's game against the Thunder.
Analysis: Braun has missed Denver's last 11 games, and Sunday's game is likely to be the 12th. However, the doubtful tag is a step in the right direction, as the Nuggets have usually ruled the guard out immediately. On Thursday, Nuggets head coach David Adelman said that he hopes to get Braun back before the All-Star break. His return would likely push Jalen Pickett to the bench.
Nikola Jokic
Joki? (knee) recorded 31/12/5/3 line in return
Fri, Jan 30, 2026, 5:54 PM
Nikola Joki? returned to the lineup on Friday and finished with 31 points (8-of-11 FGs, 13-of-17 FTs), 12 rebounds, five assists, three steals and two three-pointers in a 122-109 win over the Clippers.
Analysis: Joki? was back in the lineup for the first time since December 29, and while head coach David Adelman reported that he would have his minutes restricted, that didn't stop him from having a monster night. He only played 25 minutes, but he was able to record a 30-point double-double while remaining incredibly efficient from the floor. He was subpar from the free throw line, but he was able to get there 17 times. In the two games before he injured his knee, he took 13 and 23 free throws, and he's shooting a career-best 7.7 free throws per game this year. Even if his minutes continue to be managed, he'll still produce like one of the best players in fantasy basketball.
