It was anticipated that the 24-year-old would be on a snap count upon his return, and that's exactly how things played out, with McMillan's meager seven offensive snaps trailing all of fellow wideouts Emeka Egubka (56), Chris Godwin (56), Ted Hurst (48) and Tex Johnson (19). McMillan figures to gradually ramp up his playing time in the weeks to come, though he could again be held back enough Week 3 versus Minnesota to make him a poor option in fantasy. |

Analysis: Four of the five passes Otton caught went for 10 yards or less, but he still led all Bucs pass catchers with five receptions while finishing third in receiving yards to Tez Johnson (49) and Chris Godwin (46). Otton played 58 of 65 offensive snaps (89.2 percent) and has served as security blanket in the passing game for Baker Mayfield. That said, Otton may be used more as a pass blocker Week 3 against the Vikings and their blitz-happy defense under defensive coordinator Brian Flores. |

Analysis: Godwin's three targets were seventh on the team and "good" for just an 8.8 percent share on a day Baker Mayfield attempted 34 passes. However, the veteran wide receiver's 37 routes were just one fewer than Emeka Egbuka for the team lead. After several lower-body injuries to this point in his career, it's becoming a concern that Godwin may just not have it anymore at 30.5 years old. Through two games, he has seven catches for 86 scoreless yards and 15 rushing yards. |

Analysis: The 27-year-old's role through two games with Tampa Bay has been a far cry from his elite pass-catching role alongside Aaron Rodgers in Pittsburgh last season. Bucky Irving out-carried Gainwell 17 to two against Cleveland, and he's been out-targeted 11 to five by Irving through two contests. Gainwell has shown no chance at a ceiling performance with Baker Mayfield and has devolved to RB4 territory until he shows something in the box score. |

Analysis: There had been buzz surrounding Mayfield's matchup against the team that drafted him first overall in 2018, but the veteran signal-caller couldn't deliver a revenge victory. Mayfield looked surprisingly out of sorts most of the afternoon against a Browns defense that had been dominated by the Jaguars in Week 1, and after an extensive weather delay, he went just 1-for-4 for six yards once play resumed at the two-minute warning with the Buccaneers at Cleveland's 28-yard line and needing a touchdown. Mayfield added another turnover on his late first-quarter interception as well, putting him firmly in the spotlight heading into a Week 3 home date against an aggressive Vikings defense next Sunday. |
