Tyler Warren
Tyler Warren Not spotted Thursday
Thu, Oct 22, 2026, 12:13 PM
Warren (groin) was not present for Thursday's practice, Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan Indianapolis reports.
Analysis: Warren looks to be sitting out a second consecutive practice due to a groin injury, which also kept him out of the Colts' loss to the Titans this past Sunday. Will Mallory drew six targets in Warren's absence, and Mallory could continue to play an elevated role Sunday against the Vikings if Warren is ruled out. Warren will have one more chance to practice in some capacity Friday.
Drew Ogletree
Drew Ogletree Misses practice Wednesday
Wed, Oct 21, 2026, 7:06 PM
Ogletree (ankle) did not participate at the Colts' practice Wednesday.
Analysis: Ogletree appears to have picked up an ankle injury during the team's 26-20 loss to the Titans in Week 6. The tight end will have two more opportunities to return to practice before Sunday's matchup with the Vikings.
Ashton Dulin
Ashton Dulin Limited practice Wednesday
Wed, Oct 21, 2026, 6:59 PM
Dulin (hamstring) was a limited participant at the Colts' practice Wednesday.
Analysis: Dulin was able to return to practice for the first time since suffering a hamstring injury in Week 4. The wide receiver will have two more chances to log a full practice before potentially returning to action Sunday versus the Vikings.
Tyler Warren
Tyler Warren Does not practice Wednesday
Wed, Oct 21, 2026, 3:11 PM
Warren (groin) did not practice Wednesday.
Analysis: A groin injury cropped up for Warren on Friday going into Week 6, and it prevented him from suiting up against the Titans. He was unable to practice Wednesday, which puts his practice participation firmly on the radar for the remainder of the week. If he's unable to go Sunday, Mo Alie-Cox and Will Mallory would take most of the tight end reps.
Tyler Warren
Tyler Warren Absent from first Week 7 practice
Wed, Oct 21, 2026, 1:16 PM
Warren (groin) wasn't spotted on the field for the open portion of Wednesday's practice, Jake Arthur of Roundtable.io reports.
Analysis: A limited participant last Friday in the Colts' final Week 6 session on account of the groin injury, Warren was viewed as game-time decision before ultimately sitting out Sunday's loss to the Titans. His lack of involvement in practice to kick off Week 7 prep isn't a promising early sign for his prospects of suiting up this Sunday in Minnesota, but Warren will still have two more days to potentially log some on-field reps before the Colts decide on his status for the contest.
Laquon Treadwell
Laquon Treadwell Two catches in defeat
Tue, Oct 20, 2026, 8:13 PM
Treadwell caught two of five targets for 21 yards during Sunday's 26-20 loss to the Titans.
Analysis: Treadwell finished fourth on the team in targets while reeling in multiple passes for the third game in a row. The wide receiver played a season-high 93 percent of the team's offensive snaps in the loss, and he has now caught 13 of 24 targets for 178 yards over six contests this year.
Will Mallory
Will Mallory Sees six targets in 2026 debut
Tue, Oct 20, 2026, 8:11 PM
Mallory caught two of six passes for 20 yards during Sunday's 26-20 loss to the Titans.
Analysis: Mallory was cleared to make his 2026 debut Sunday after missing the Colts first five games of the regular season due to a thumb injury that was severe enough for him to go on injured reserve. Although he didn't put up eye-popping stats, he led all Colts tight ends with 43 offensive snaps and finished third on the team in targets behind Keenan Allen (11) and Josh Downs (eight). Mallory's playing time would likely decrease if Tyler Warren (groin) was cleared to return for Week 7 against the Vikings on Oct. 25.
Mo Alie-Cox
Mo Alie-Cox Secures touchdown in loss
Tue, Oct 20, 2026, 8:04 PM
Alie-Cox caught his only target for a one-yard touchdown during Sunday's 26-20 loss to the Titans.
Analysis: Alie-Cox made the most of his catch Sunday, connecting with quarterback Daniel Jones for a one-yard score in the first quarter. The touchdown was the tight end's first of the year, and he has now reeled in all four of his targets for 31 yards and a score over six games so far this season.
Seth McGowan
Seth McGowan Efficient on low volume Sunday
Tue, Oct 20, 2026, 7:55 PM
McGowan took four carries for 27 yards during Sunday's 26-20 loss versus the Titans.
Analysis: McGowan played exactly 19 offensive snaps for the third straight week Sunday, and although he was slightly less involved than he has been of late in terms of touches, he managed a career-best 6.8 yards per carry in Week 6. He's merely a change-of-pace back as long as three-time Pro Bowler Jonathan Taylor is healthy, but he has the physical traits to become a workhorse should that not be the case at any point this season.
Spencer Shrader
Spencer Shrader Flawless in loss
Mon, Oct 19, 2026, 9:43 PM
Shrader made both of his field-goal attempts and both of his PATs in the Colts' 26-20 loss to the Titans on Sunday.
Analysis: While the Colts' story of the day was a special teams failure due to a blocked punt returned for a Titans touchdown, Shrader had no part in the error. The kicker made 23-yard and 43-yard attempts in the contest that kept the game close. Shrader is a perfect 18-for-18 on field-goal attempts and 12-for-13 on PATs through six regular-season contests in 2026.
Alec Pierce
Alec Pierce Not ready to practice
Mon, Oct 19, 2026, 1:32 PM
Colts head coach Shane Steichen said Monday that Pierce (heel) won't have his 21-day practice window opened in Week 7, Nathan Brown of The Indianapolis Star reports.
Analysis: Pierce has now spent the requisite four games on injured reserve after re-injuring his surgically repaired left heel in the Colts' Week 2 loss to the Chiefs, but he'll need some more time to complete a rehab program before getting back on the practice field. Given the recurring nature of Pierce's injury in addition to the significant financial investment in him, the Colts are likely to take a deliberate approach in bringing the wideout back from IR.
Week-to-week with calf strain
Mon, Oct 19, 2026, 11:48 AM
Gardner was diagnosed with a mild left calf strain following an MRI on Monday and is considered week-to-week, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Analysis: Gardner was unable to return to Sunday's 26-20 loss to Tennessee after going down with the calf injury in the third quarter. While the Colts are confident that the calf strain won't result in an extended absence, the two-time Pro Bowl cornerback appears likely be sidelined for the team's Week 7 game versus the Vikings. Gardner has gotten off to a lackluster start to his first full season in Indianapolis, logging 17 tackles, four pass breakups and no interceptions through the team's first six games.
Keenan Allen
Keenan Allen Paces Indy in receiving Sunday
Sun, Oct 18, 2026, 7:12 PM
Allen caught eight of 11 targets for 82 yards in Sunday's 26-20 loss to the Titans.
Analysis: With tight end Tyler Warren (groin) inactive, Allen became the preferred option for Daniel Jones when he needed to move the chains, and the veteran wideout led the Colts in catches, targets and receiving yards while setting personal season highs in all three categories. Mo Alie-Cox was on the other end of Jones' only TD pass, however. Allen will take a 26-227-1 line on 40 targets into a Week 7 clash with the Vikings.
Josh Downs
Josh Downs Four grabs in Week 6 loss
Sun, Oct 18, 2026, 6:50 PM
Downs caught four of eight targets for 40 yards in Sunday's 26-20 loss to the Titans. He added seven rushing yards on his only carry.
Analysis: The eight targets were second on the Colts to Keenan Allen, but the volume didn't lead to much production. Downs has failed to reach 50 receiving yards in four of six games this season, posting a 24-289-0 line on 42 targets and failing to establish himself as Indy's No. 1 wide receiver in the absence of Alec Pierce (heel). Downs will face a tough test in Week 7 against the Vikings' stingy defense.
Daniel Jones
Daniel Jones Picked off twice in rough Week 6 loss
Sun, Oct 18, 2026, 6:46 PM
Jones completed 22 of 42 passes for 269 yards and a touchdown with two interceptions in Sunday's 26-20 loss to the Titans.
Analysis: The Colts committed three turnovers in total and also had a blocked punt returned for a touchdown in an ugly loss to the previously winless Titans. Through six games this season, Jones carries a 4:6 TD:INT and career-worst 5.9 YPA as he struggles to find last year's form, but a depleted group of pass catchers that saw tight end Tyler Warren (groin) sidelined (among others) Sunday may be contributing to Jones' woes. He's unlikely to find a rhythm in Week 7 against the Vikings' stingy defense.
Jonathan Taylor
Jonathan Taylor Strong showing in Week 6 loss
Sun, Oct 18, 2026, 6:40 PM
Taylor carried the ball 21 times for 94 yards and a touchdown and caught two of four targets for 57 yards in Sunday's 26-20 loss to the Titans. He also lost a fumble.
Analysis: For the fourth time in six games, Taylor came up just short of 100 rushing yards, but his 151 scrimmage yards were a season high, and he got into the end zone for the seventh time in 2026 on a four-yard run in the fourth quarter. His fumble was one of three Indy turnovers on the day, however, and it was Taylor's second lost fumble of the year. While he's on pace for double-digit TDs once again, Taylor's 4.0 YPC would be the worst mark of his career. He'll try to find another gear in Week 7 against the Vikings.
Injured during blocked punt
Sun, Oct 18, 2026, 2:42 PM
Sanchez (foot) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Titans, Jake Arthur of Roundtable.io reports.
Analysis: Sanchez injured his foot in the fourth quarter when the Titans blocked his punt for a touchdown. With Sanchez questionable to return, kicker Spencer Shrader may have to take over punting duties for the Colts' special teams.
Exits with calf injury
Sun, Oct 18, 2026, 1:49 PM
Gardner (calf) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Titans, Jake Arthur of Roundtable.io reports.
Analysis: Gardner exited the third quarter of Sunday's game with a calf injury. The cornerback returned to the locker room with what appears to be a significant issue. Cam Taylor-Britt is in at outside cornerback opposite Charvarius Ward.
Anthony Gould
Anthony Gould Done for rest of Week 6
Sun, Oct 18, 2026, 1:46 PM
Gould (concussion) won't return to Sunday's game against the Titans, Mike Chappell of Fox 59 News Indianapolis reports.
Analysis: Gould suffered a concussion in the second half and has since been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's meeting with the Titans. With Ashton Dulin (ankle) sidelined, Gould had been seeing some action on special teams. However, Seth McGowan and Josh Downs will need to be more involved in that area the rest of the way.
Riley Leonard
Riley Leonard Emergency QB3 vs. Tennessee
Sun, Oct 18, 2026, 10:50 AM
Leonard (coach's decision) is inactive but will serve as the Colts' emergency third quarterback against the Titans on Sunday.
Analysis: Leonard will once again serve as the emergency QB3, meaning that he is restricted from playing Sunday unless both Daniel Jones and Anthony Richardson leave the game due to injury, illness or ejection.
