Malik Monk
Malik Monk (shoulder) questionable vs. Pelicans
Thu, Apr 2, 2026, 2:37 PM
NBA Injury Report
Malik Monk (shoulder) is questionable for Friday's game against the Pelicans.
Analysis: After sitting out Sunday's loss to the Nets, Monk played 29 minutes off the bench in Wednesday's win over the Raptors. If he's unable to play on Friday, those minutes will be divided among multiple players, including Devin Carter and Daeqwon Plowden.
DeMar DeRozan
DeMar DeRozan scores 28 points vs. Toronto
Wed, Apr 1, 2026, 5:36 PM
DeMar DeRozan produced 28 points (7-of-18 FGs, 12-of-12 FTs), one rebound, four assists and two three-pointers in Wednesday's win over the Raptors.
Analysis: DeRozan's 12 free throws were the most he's attempted in a game since March 15, when he put up 21 attempts in a win over the Jazz. Also, Wednesday's game was the first in which he's made multiple three-pointers since January 6, so fantasy managers will be pleased with that bonus. The Kings don't have a back-to-back to worry about for their final two games of Week 23. Hopefully, that means DeRozan is guaranteed to be on the court playing starters' minutes.
Malik Monk
Malik Monk hits three triples, scores 18 points
Wed, Apr 1, 2026, 5:35 PM
Malik Monk tallied 18 points (6-of-11 FGs, 3-of-4 FTs), three rebounds, four assists, one steal, one block and three three-pointers in Wednesday's win over the Raptors.
Analysis: Back in the rotation after sitting out Sunday's loss to the Nets, Monk played 29 minutes off the bench in Toronto. The final stat line was a solid one, and the veteran guard is capable of providing good value in the Kings' final two games of Week 23. As long as Monk is hitting the high-20s in minutes, he's worth rostering in 14-team leagues, and some 12-team formats as well.
Precious Achiuwa
Precious Achiuwa goes for 28 points, 19 rebounds
Wed, Apr 1, 2026, 5:35 PM
Precious Achiuwa finished Wednesday's win over the Raptors with 28 points (12-of-19 FGs, 3-of-4 FTs), 19 rebounds, one assist, one block and one three-pointer.
Analysis: Achiuwa was outstanding on Wednesday, grabbing a season-high 19 rebounds and recording his 11th double-double of the season. By comparison, he recorded 12 double-doubles in his previous two seasons combined. The Kings' frontcourt injuries have opened the door for Achiuwa, and on most nights, he's taken advantage. Sacramento plays two more games in Week 23, starting with the Pelicans on Friday.
DeMar DeRozan
SAC starts Carter, Nique, DeMar, Achiuwa, Raynaud
Wed, Apr 1, 2026, 1:46 PM
NBA Lineups
Devin Carter, Nique Clifford, DeMar DeRozan, Precious Achiuwa and Maxime Raynaud will start Wednesday's game against the Raptors.
Analysis: DeRozan is back after sitting out Sunday's loss to the Nets. His return means that Daeqwon Plowden will come off the bench. Malik Monk is also available after sitting out in Brooklyn, but he will come off the bench since Clifford is healthy.
DeMar DeRozan
DeMar DeRozan, Malik Monk available Tuesday
Tue, Mar 31, 2026, 9:49 AM
NBA Injury Report
DeMar DeRozan (hamstring) and Malik Monk (shoulder) are off the injury report for Wednesday's matchup with the Raptors.
Analysis: DeRozan and Monk will return after both players sat out Sunday's matchup with the Nets. Nique Clifford and Devin Carter could see their roles reduced with DeRozan and Monk back in action.
Precious Achiuwa
Precious Achiuwa records 16 points vs. Brooklyn
Sun, Mar 29, 2026, 2:34 PM
Precious Achiuwa tallied 16 points (7-of-14 FGs, 2-of-7 FTs), eight rebounds, one assist and one steal in Sunday's loss to the Nets.
Analysis: While he had a rough night at the foul line, Achiuwa once again provided solid value in points, rebounds and field-goal percentage. Since the All-Star break, he has been close to a top-50 player in eight-cat formats, exceeding expectations by a sizable distance. The Kings' three games in Week 23 don't include a back-to-back, which bodes well for Achiuwa's availability.
Daeqwon Plowden
SAC: Carter, Nique, Plowden, Achiuwa, Raynaud
Sun, Mar 29, 2026, 11:45 AM
NBA Lineups
Devin Carter, Nique Clifford, Daeqwon Plowden, Precious Achiuwa and Maxime Raynaud will start Sunday's game against the Nets.
Analysis: The Kings are without Malik Monk and DeMar DeRozan for Sunday's game. Clifford and Plowden move from the bench to the starting lineup, with the former playing both games of Sacramento's back-to-back after missing two games with a foot injury.
Malik Monk
Malik Monk (shoulder) ruled out vs. Brooklyn
Sun, Mar 29, 2026, 7:58 AM
NBA Injury Report
Malik Monk (shoulder) is out for Sunday's game against the Nets.
Analysis: Sunday's game is the second in as many days for the Kings, who lost to the Hawks on Saturday. Monk started and played 27 minutes in that contest; his absence could free up a place in the starting lineup for Daeqwon Plowden. With DeMar DeRozan also out, rolling the dice on Plowden in deep leagues would not be a bad idea.
DeMar DeRozan
DeMar DeRozan (hamstring) ruled out vs. Brooklyn
Sun, Mar 29, 2026, 7:54 AM
NBA Injury Report
DeMar DeRozan (hamstring) is out for Sunday's game against the Nets.
Analysis: DeRozan will sit out Sunday's game with a sore hamstring, with this being the Kings' second game in as many days. Nique Clifford is available, but Saturday's loss to the Hawks was his first game back from a foot injury. While the rookie may have more opportunities on offense, his playing time may not increase much.
Malik Monk
Malik Monk dishes out seven assists vs. Atlanta
Sat, Mar 28, 2026, 4:06 PM
Malik Monk recorded 10 points (5-of-11 FGs), two rebounds, seven assists, two steals and one blocked shot in Saturday's loss to the Hawks.
Analysis: Monk's seven assists on Saturday made it five consecutive games in which he's recorded five or more. Add in the two steals, and this was a solid showing for the veteran guard, even if his scoring was limited. The Kings play once more in Week 22, as they visit the Nets on Sunday.
Precious Achiuwa
Precious Achiuwa records 16/6/2/2 line vs. Atlanta
Sat, Mar 28, 2026, 4:05 PM
Precious Achiuwa accounted for 16 points (8-of-11 FGs), six rebounds, two assists and two steals in Saturday's loss to the Hawks.
Analysis: Rostered in 37 percent of Yahoo! leagues, Achiuwa has been a fourth-round player in eight-cat formats since the All-Star break. While Saturday's stat line was on par with some of the others that he's recorded since mid-February, the Kings forward was solid in his 20 minutes on the floor. Sunday's matchup with the Nets looks like a good one for Achiuwa, provided he's available.
DeMar DeRozan
DeMar DeRozan scores team-high 22 points vs. ATL
Sat, Mar 28, 2026, 4:05 PM
DeMar DeRozan finished Saturday's loss to the Hawks with 22 points (9-of-18 FGs, 3-of-3 FTs), five rebounds, three assists and one three-pointer.
Analysis: While veterans on some other lottery-bound teams have seen their minutes limited recently or been shut down altogether, DeRozan continues to plug along. His 22 points led seven Kings in double figures, and he's totaled 55 in his last two games. Sacramento plays once more in Week 22, as they visit the Nets on Sunday. If DeRozan plays his usual minutes, that could be an excellent matchup for him.
Killian Hayes
Killian Hayes (finger) upgraded to available
Sat, Mar 28, 2026, 6:58 AM
NBA Injury Report
Killian Hayes (finger) is available for Saturday's game against the Hawks.
Analysis: Hayes is good to go after injuring his finger during Thursday's loss to the Magic. He should once again serve as the backup point guard, with Devin Carter being the starter. There isn't much to gain from rostering Hayes in fantasy leagues when he comes off the bench.
Russell Westbrook
Russell Westbrook (foot) remains out vs. Atlanta
Fri, Mar 27, 2026, 11:22 AM
NBA Injury Report
Russell Westbrook (foot) is out for Saturday's game against the Hawks.
Analysis: Westbrook will miss a fourth straight game due to right foot injury management. His continued absence leaves Devin Carter to handle the starting point guard responsibilities. If Killian Hayes (finger) can play, he'll slot in as the backup.
Killian Hayes
Killian Hayes (finger) questionable vs. Atlanta
Fri, Mar 27, 2026, 11:20 AM
NBA Injury Report
Killian Hayes (finger) is questionable for Saturday's game against the Hawks.
Analysis: Hayes had to exit Thursday's loss to the Magic during the first half after injuring the fifth finger on his left hand. The good news is that he's questionable for Saturday, which indicates the injury is not serious. If available, Hayes will likely slot in as Devin Carter's backup.
Daeqwon Plowden
Daeqwon Plowden hits six three-pointers vs. ORL
Thu, Mar 26, 2026, 3:56 PM
Daeqwon Plowden tallied 23 points (8-of-12 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), three rebounds and six three-pointers in Thursday's loss to the Magic.
Analysis: Plowden has scored at least 20 points in each of his last three appearances. The 23 points he scored on Thursday represent a new career-high for the wing, who shot 6-of-10 from beyond the arc. Plowden did not provide much value beyond the points and three-pointers, but the opportunities have been there. With Nique Clifford (foot) sidelined for the rest of the week, Plowden is worth a look in deep leagues since the Kings play on Saturday and Sunday.
Precious Achiuwa
Precious Achiuwa records 14/9/2/2/2 line vs. ORL
Thu, Mar 26, 2026, 3:55 PM
Precious Achiuwa amassed 14 points (7-of-12 FGs), nine rebounds, two assists, two steals and two blocks in Thursday's loss to the Magic.
Analysis: Back in the lineup after sitting out Tuesday's loss to the Hornets, Achiuwa recorded the kind of stat line that has made him a popular option during the silly season. Since the All-Star break, the Kings forward has been a top-50 player in eight- and nine-cat formats. Achiuwa is rostered in 35 percent of Yahoo! leagues, so he may still be on the waiver wire in some 12-team formats. With the Kings playing on Saturday and Sunday, adding Achiuwa is worth the risk.
DeMar DeRozan
DeMar DeRozan goes off for 33 points, 11 assists
Thu, Mar 26, 2026, 3:55 PM
DeMar DeRozan finished Thursday's loss to the Magic with 33 points (12-of-24 FGs, 9-of-10 FTs), six rebounds and 11 assists.
Analysis: While DeRozan may not be labeled the Kings' point guard, injuries at that position have led the team to ask the veteran wing to do more as a playmaker. Thursday's game was the second in the last six in which DeRozan has recorded at least 30 points and 10 assists. He did so on excellent percentages from the field and the foul line while not committing a turnover. As long as DeRozan doesn't see his playing time decrease, he should continue to be an excellent fantasy option for the rest of the season.
Killian Hayes
Killian Hayes (finger) will not return vs. Orlando
Thu, Mar 26, 2026, 2:39 PM
Brenden Nunes
Killian Hayes (finger) is out for the remainder of Thursday's game against the Magic.
Analysis: Hayes injured his left fifth finger during the first half of Thursday's game and has since been ruled out for the rest of the night. The Spurs will lean heavily on Devin Carter and Malik Monk to close out the game.
