Kenny McIntosh
Kenny McIntosh Placed on PUP list
Mon, Jul 20, 2026, 3:24 PM
The Seahawks placed McIntosh (ACL) on the active/PUP list Monday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.
Analysis: McIntosh is continuing to recover from a left ACL tear suffered last July, and it appears the issue will cause him to miss at least the early portion of training camp. Once he's healthy enough to practice, though, McIntosh will be eligible to come off the PUP list at any point during camp. If he were to need more time to recover late when rosters are reduced to 53 players in late August, though, McIntosh would have to miss at least four regular-season games on the reserve/PUP list.
Designated for PUP list
Mon, Jul 20, 2026, 3:19 PM
The Seahawks placed Broden (undisclosed) on the active/PUP list Monday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.
Analysis: Broden appears to still be working his way back from the undisclosed issue that caused him to end last season on the practice squad injured list. Once healthy enough to practice, he'll be eligible to be activated from the PUP list at any point during training camp.
Placed on PUP list
Mon, Jul 20, 2026, 3:16 PM
The Seahawks placed Emmanwori (undisclosed) on the active/PUP list Monday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.
Analysis: Emmanwori was on the field for spring and summer offseason workouts, but he now appears to be dealing with an injury in advance of training camp. Once he's deemed healthy enough to resume practicing, Emmanwori will be eligible to come off the PUP list at any point during training camp. The 2025 second-round pick totaled 81 tackles (56 solo), 2.5 sacks, 11 pass breakups and an interception across 14 regular-season appearances as a rookie.
Lands on PUP list
Sat, Jul 18, 2026, 3:46 PM
The Seahawks placed Eastern (undisclosed) on the Physically Unable to Perform list Saturday, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: A seventh-round pick of the 2026 NFL Draft, Eastern had missed parts of minicamp and OTAs due to an unspecified injury. By being placed on the PUP, Eastern is eligible to be activated at any time during training camp once he's fully healthy. The nature of the Minnesota product's injury might become more clear once the Seahawks conduct their first practice of training camp July 25.
Jason Myers
Jason Myers Returns as Seattle's top kicker
Mon, Jul 13, 2026, 12:03 PM
As the coming season approaches, Myers is set to retain his role as the Seahawks' top kicker, Michael Hanich of SI.com reports.
Analysis: In that role with the defending Super Bowl champions, Myers racked up a career high and league-leading 171 points in 2025, while making 41 of his 48 field-goal attempts and all 48 of his extra-point tries in 17 regular-season contests. Looking ahead to the coming campaign, the 35-year-old -- who currently is the only kicker on his team's roster -- should maintain a solid enough weekly floor working behind the Seahawks offense to maintain fantasy viability in 2026, even if he sees a modest reduction in terms of volume.
Elijah Arroyo
Elijah Arroyo Chance for larger Year 2 role
Wed, Jul 8, 2026, 8:37 PM
Arroyo will enter training camp as a candidate to secure an expanded role on offense with the Seahawks, Justin Melo of USA Today reports.
Analysis: Arroyo is expected to see more opportunities in 2026 after catching 15 passes for 179 yards and one touchdown across 13 regular-season games as a rookie. AJ Barner remains atop Seattle's depth chart, but Arroyo's athleticism gives him a path to increased usage in passing situations and two-tight end sets. Injuries limited Arroyo's involvement last season, so better health could be all the 2025 second-rounder requires to take a notable step forward.
Cooper Kupp
Cooper Kupp Back for Year 2 with Seattle
Mon, Jul 6, 2026, 1:10 PM
As the coming season approaches, Kupp is line to reprise a key role in a Seahawks wide receiver corps led by reigning Offensive Player of the Year Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Justin Melo of USA Today reports.
Analysis: Smith-Njigba led the NFL with 1,793 receiving yards in 17 regular-season games last season, with Kupp finishing a distant second on the team in that category with 593 yards (on 47 catches) through 16 contests. Those marks were well off the volume/production level that made Kupp a high-rated fantasy option earlier in his career, but looking ahead, the 33-year-old should maintain enough of a complementary role behind Smith-Njigba (in a Seattle passing game that also features fellow WR Rashid Shaheed and TE AJ Barner) to merit lineup consideration in deeper fantasy formats.
Rashid Shaheed
Rashid Shaheed Bigger role in 2026?
Sun, Jun 28, 2026, 1:46 PM
Shaheed had a "major spring" in offseason programs and could have a larger role in the Seahawks' offense under coordinator Brian Fleury, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports
Analysis: Fowler notes that the Seahawks' offense will utilize more motions and shifts under Fleury's scheme and that Shaheed should see more short-to-medium throws from Sam Darnold as a result. Shaheed and Darnold demonstrated a strong connection during spring practices, and it appears the former is in line for a larger role in the offense, perhaps leapfrogging Cooper Kupp as the team's WR2 behind Jaxon Smith-Njigba.
Sam Darnold
Sam Darnold Approaches Year 2 with Seattle
Thu, Jun 25, 2026, 2:52 PM
Darnold notes that cleaning up his footwork and reducing his turnovers are among his goals heading into the 2026 season, Eric Edholm of NFL.com reports.
Analysis: In his first year with the Seahawks, Darnold helmed his team's Super Bowl LX win over the Patriots, but despite that success the veteran QB acknowledges that there's still work to be done in terms of "continuing to hone in on the deep ball" as well as understanding how he can get better that way by "quieting (his) feet in the pocket." Darnold -- who threw for 4,048 yards and 25 TDs in 17 regular-season games in 2025 -- also points to his 20 regular-season turnovers (14 interceptions and six fumbles lost) as an area that he can improve. Looking ahead to the coming campaign, the 29-year-old will be working with a pass-catching corps that returns WRs Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Cooper Kupp and Rashid Shaheed and TE AJ Barner. Following the free-agent departure of RB Kenneth Walker, the team added Jadarian Price in the first round of the 2026 NFL Draft to bolster a backfield that awaits the recovery of Zach Charbonnet, who's bouncing back from a torn ACL.
Zach Charbonnet
Zach Charbonnet Progressing well in recovery
Thu, Jun 11, 2026, 11:14 AM
Coach Mike Macdonald said Wednesday that Charbonnet continues to do a "great job" in his recovery from the torn ACL he suffered during the divisional-round of last season's playoffs, Cameron Van Til of Seattle Sports reports.
Analysis: Per the report, Charbonnet, who underwent surgery to repair his left knee Feb. 20, did some conditioning work during Tuesday's minicamp practice. Given the timing of his procedure, the expectation has been that Charbonnet will miss time out of the gate this coming season, and in that scenario 2026 first-round pick Jadarian Price, as well as George Holani and Emanuel Wilson, would be in line to handle Seattle's backfield duties come Week 1. However, when asked if there's a chance Charbonnet could be ready by the start of the season, Macdonald said Wednesday, "Everything's possible." Either way, Charbonnet's progress will be worth monitoring closely as the summer rolls along, and once he's ready to return to game action, the 2023 second-rounder will have an opportunity to claim a key role in a Seahawks RB corps that no longer includes Kenneth Walker, who led the team with 221 carries in 2025.
Tory Horton
Tory Horton Won't participate during minicamp
Wed, Jun 10, 2026, 6:21 PM
Coach Mike Macdonald said Wednesday that Horton (shin) is expected to return to the practice field during training camp, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Macdonald said that "it's all positive" with Horton. He evidently isn't quite ready for football activities just yet, but it doesn't sound like he has suffered any true setback in his recovery. Until he's back to full strength, Jake Bobo is a candidate to see increased work as minicamp continues.
Emanuel Wilson
Emanuel Wilson Mostly working with third-stringers
Wed, Jun 10, 2026, 12:30 PM
Wilson has been getting most of his reps with the third-string offense at OTAs, according to Gregg Bell of The News Tribune.
Analysis: Wilson did a solid job filling in for an injured Josh Jacobs in Green Bay last season, so it's no surprise there was fantasy interest after Wilson signed with the RB-needy Seahawks in March on a reported one-year, $2.1 million contract. His fantasy stock has since taken a hit, in large part because the Seahawks drafted RB Jadarian Price at No. 32 overall in April. It also doesn't help that Wilson's contract is closer to $1.6 million in base value, not $2.1 million, and with only $300,000 guaranteed at signing. He may still be part of the plan to help replace Kenneth Walker (Chiefs) and Zach Charbonnet (torn ACL), but early reports out of Seattle have George Holani getting most of the first-team reps while Price mixes in some. Wilson seems to be exclusively working with the backups, at least during the media-access portions of practice.
George Holani
George Holani Taking most of first-team reps
Wed, Jun 10, 2026, 12:22 PM
Holani has often been the first running back through the rotation at Seattle's OTAs, according to Gregg Bell of The News Tribune.
Analysis: With Kenneth Walker in Kansas City and Zach Charbonnet (knee) recovering from late-February ACL surgery, Holani is the veteran holdover in Seattle's backfield. First-round pick Jadarian Price is a clear favorite to lead the team in carries come Week 1, but it sounds like Holani is getting more snaps with the starters during the offseason program. Meanwhile, free-agent signing Emanuel Wilson reportedly is getting a lot of his work with the third-string offense. Holani, a 2024 UDFA, is still a long shot for mainstream fantasy value, but he's at least earning a spot on deep-sleeper lists and generating some interest as an end-game pick for best ball.
Jadarian Price
Jadarian Price Getting first-team reps already
Wed, Jun 10, 2026, 12:13 PM
Price has been mixing in with Seattle's starters at OTAs, including for a full drive during Wednesday's practice, according to Gregg Bell of The News Tribune.
Analysis: The report suggests George Holani has mostly been first through the backfield rotation, with Price also getting some first-team reps, while Emanuel Wilson is largely working with backups. Bell also suggests Zach Charbonnet (knee) could be part of the team's plan as early as September or October, even though Charbonnet underwent ACL surgery in late February. Price, the 32nd overall pick this spring, remains a solid favorite to lead Seattle in carries come Week 1. However, the rookie could end up in a three-man rotation with Holani handling pass-catching work and Wilson taking some of the inside carries and/or pass-blocking snaps.
Zach Charbonnet
Zach Charbonnet Gets in some light on-field work
Tue, Jun 9, 2026, 9:19 PM
Charbonnet, who underwent surgery to repair a torn ACL in mid-February, was spotted doing what Brendon Nelson of SI.com describes as some light on-field work during Tuesday's mandatory minicamp.
Analysis: Per Gregg Bell of The Tacoma News Tribune, while Charbonnet's teammates warmed up on the main field Tuesday, the running back -- who was sporting a hoodie, sweatpants and flat running shoes -- did about 15 minutes of high-knee hurdler steps, as well as lateral movement and other low-impact drills with a trainer. Though his presence on the field, in any capacity, is encouraging, given the timing of his surgery as well as the typical eight-to-12 month recovery period he faces, it remains to be seen when Charbonnet will be cleared for game action. He's on track to miss time out of the gate this coming season, in any case, which paves the way for Jadarian Price, George Holani and Emanuel Wilson to handle Seattle's backfield duties in the meantime.
AJ Barner
AJ Barner Expected to be ready for camp
Thu, Jun 4, 2026, 10:11 PM
Barner (undisclosed) is expected to be ready for training camp, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Analysis: The team has been vague on what Barner underwent his pair of surgeries for, but the tight end dealt with hip, elbow, shoulder, knee, ankle and calf injuries in the latter half of last season and into the playoffs. Despite the nagging injuries, Barner started all 17 regular-season games, producing a 52-519-6 receiving line on 68 targets. He added another six catches for 67 yards and one touchdown across three playoff contests.
Signs three-year extension
Tue, Jun 2, 2026, 6:30 PM
Seattle signed Hall to a three-year, $42 million contract extension Tuesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Analysis: Hall only came away with 2.0 sacks in the third season of his rookie contract as he rotated in on the edge behind veteran DeMarcus Lawrence, Uchenna Nwosu and Boye Mafe. However, following a two-sack performance in Super Bowl 60, Hall is now getting a second contract with the Seahawks. With Lawrence having just turned 34 and Mafe now playing with Cincinnati, Hall more easily projects for a starter-type role in 2026.
Spotted at OTAs
Wed, May 27, 2026, 3:06 PM
Knight (concussion) was spotted participating in Seattle's OTAs on Tuesday, Lindsey Wasson of HJNews.com reports.
Analysis: Knight sustained a concussion during the Seahawks' Super Bowl LX win over the Patriots, but he's now cleared protocol and returned to the field. Across 16 regular-season appearances in 2025, the UTEP product tallied 57 total tackles, including 2.0 sacks, and two forced fumbles. He'll likely operate as Seattle's top reserve inside linebacker during the 2026 season.
Returns from injury
Wed, May 27, 2026, 3:01 PM
Kight (knee) participated in the Seahawks' OTAs on Tuesday, Lindsey Wasson of Journal-News.com reports.
Analysis: Kight finished Seattle's 2025 campaign on injured reserve with a knee issue, but his participation in Tuesday's practice indicates he has now fully recovered. The second-year pro from UCF will likely compete for one of the Seahawks' top reserve tackle spots as the offseason progresses.
Back for OTAs
Wed, May 27, 2026, 2:57 PM
Cabeldue (knee) was spotted participating in Seattle's OTAs on Tuesday, Lindsey Wasson of Journal-News.com reports.
Analysis: Cabeldue was unavailable for the Seahawks' final six games (including playoffs) last season after sustaining a knee injury. However, his participating in Tuesday's OTAs suggests he's now moved past the issue. He's expected to play a depth role on Seattle's offensive line heading into the 2026 season.
