Neemias Queta
Neemias Queta posts 16 points, 10 rebounds
Wed, Apr 1, 2026, 4:10 PM
Neemias Queta amassed 16 points (5-of-7 FGs, 6-of-8 FTs), 10 rebounds, three assists and three blocks in Wednesday's win over the Heat.
Analysis: Back in the lineup after sitting out Monday's win over the Hawks, Queta finished Wednesday's victory with his 15th double-double of the season. Add in the assists and blocks, and this was a good night for those rostering the Celtics' starting center. Luka Garza, who started on Monday, played 15 minutes in Miami, finishing with 12 points, two rebounds, one block and two three-pointers. Boston does not have another back-to-back in Week 23, so the roles of Queta and Garza should remain the same.
Jayson Tatum
Jayson Tatum records 25/18/11/2 line vs. Miami
Wed, Apr 1, 2026, 4:09 PM
Boston Celtics
Jayson Tatum tallied 25 points (9-of-21 FGs, 3-of-4 FTs), 18 rebounds, 11 assists, two steals and four three-pointers in Wednesday's win over the Heat.
Analysis: Tatum recorded his first triple-double since returning from his ruptured Achilles tendon, and he made some history on Wednesday. He is the third player in Celtics history to finish a game with at least 25 points, 15 rebounds and 10 assists, joining Larry Bird (eight times) and Dave Cowens (two). For Tatum to play at the level that he has, less than a year after such a significant injury, is highly impressive. For fantasy managers who stashed him in an IL spot, their patience has been rewarded.
Sam Hauser
Sam Hauser goes off for 17 first-quarter points
Wed, Apr 1, 2026, 4:09 PM
Sam Hauser accounted for 23 points (9-of-11 FGs, 0-of-1 FTs), three rebounds, one steal, one block and five three-pointers in Wednesday's win over the Heat.
Analysis: The Celtics made 11 three-pointers in their 53-point first quarter, and Hauser was responsible for nearly half of them. He shot 5-of-5 from distance, finishing the period with 17 points. Hauser didn't make another three-pointer, but the damage was done. Add in the defensive contributions, and this was one of his better performances since the All-Star break. Given the current state of the Bucks, it would be unsurprising if Hauser had another good night on Friday in Milwaukee.
Jaylen Brown
Jaylen Brown scores game-high 43 points vs. Miami
Wed, Apr 1, 2026, 4:08 PM
Jaylen Brown finished Wednesday's win over the Heat with 43 points (17-of-29 FGs, 5-of-7 FTs), four rebounds, seven assists and four three-pointers.
Analysis: Brown and the Celtics put on a show in the first quarter of Wednesday's victory. As a team, Boston scored 53 points in the frame, with Brown putting up 20. He finished with 43, his seventh game this season with 40 or more. The Celtics end Week 23 with games against the Bucks and Raptors, two more opportunities for Brown to put up a gaudy stat line. While his name has not been mentioned as much as some other players in connection with the MVP award, Brown should be first-team All-NBA.
Jayson Tatum
BOS starts White, Brown, Hauser, Tatum, Queta
Wed, Apr 1, 2026, 1:09 PM
Boston Celtics
Derrick White, Jaylen Brown, Sam Hauser, Jayson Tatum and Neemias Queta will start Wednesday's game against the Heat.
Analysis: After being shorthanded for their back-to-back on Sunday and Monday, the Celtics will have their preferred first five on the floor in Miami. Hauser, Tatum and Queta are good to go, which pushes Baylor Scheierman, Jordan Walsh and Luka Garza to the bench.
Neemias Queta
Neemias Queta (thumb) off injury report vs. Miami
Tue, Mar 31, 2026, 10:41 AM
NBA Injury Report
Neemias Queta (thumb) is not on the injury report for Wednesday's game against the Heat.
Analysis: Queta missed Monday's game against Atlanta, but he will return to take on Miami. Luka Garza scored 20 points as a starter in his place, but he will return to playing a limited role off the bench with Queta available.
Jayson Tatum
Jayson Tatum (Achilles) off injury report vs. Heat
Tue, Mar 31, 2026, 10:37 AM
NBA Injury Report
Jayson Tatum (Achilles) is not on the injury report for Wednesday's game against the Heat.
Analysis: Tatum will be back after missing Monday's game against Atlanta, which was the second leg of a back-to-back. His return should push Jordan Walsh back to the bench after he started two straight games.
Luka Garza
Luka Garza scores 20 points in spot start vs. ATL
Mon, Mar 30, 2026, 4:03 PM
Luka Garza accounted for 20 points (8-of-9 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), nine rebounds, one assist, one block and two three-pointers in Monday's loss to the Hawks.
Analysis: With no Neemias Queta (thumb), the Celtics turned to Garza to man the middle in Atlanta. And he had a good night, recording his second 20-point game in less than two weeks. Garza, who played 28 minutes, was also responsible for nine rebounds in the 112-102 defeat. Boston does not have another back-to-back this week, which should bode well for Queta's availability. And that limits Garza's fantasy value.
Jaylen Brown
Jaylen Brown scores game-high 29 points vs. ATL
Mon, Mar 30, 2026, 4:03 PM
Jaylen Brown recorded 29 points (9-of-29 FGs, 8-of-14 FTs), 10 rebounds, nine assists, one steal and three three-pointers in Monday's loss to the Hawks.
Analysis: Monday's performance from Brown was not his most efficient, as he finished with low percentages and six turnovers. However, the Celtics' star finished one assist shy of a triple-double, which would have been his fourth of the season. Brown and the other Celtics will receive a welcome boost on Wednesday when Jayson Tatum returns after taking an injury management night in Atlanta.
Derrick White
Derrick White struggles with shot vs. Atlanta
Mon, Mar 30, 2026, 4:02 PM
Derrick White finished Monday's loss to the Hawks with seven points (3-of-12 FGs), five rebounds, four assists, one steal, two blocks and one three-pointer.
Analysis: Back in the Celtics' lineup after missing Sunday's win over the Hornets, White had a tough night shooting the basketball in Atlanta. He made one of his six attempts from three and was not much better from two, shooting 2-of-6. However, as has been the case throughout the season, White found other ways to add value. The Celtics' guard finished with a complete stat line, helping lessen the impact of the poor shooting. Over the last two weeks, White has been shooting 33.8 percent from the field, which is low for a player of his caliber. The Celtics play three more games in Week 23, starting with the Heat on Wednesday.
Baylor Scheierman
BOS starts White, Scheierman, Brown, Walsh, Garza
Mon, Mar 30, 2026, 1:13 PM
NBA Lineups
Derrick White, Baylor Scheierman, Jaylen Brown, Jordan Walsh and Luka Garza will start Monday's game against the Hawks.
Analysis: White and Brown are back in the Celtics' starting lineup after missing Sunday's win over the Hornets. However, Jayson Tatum and Neemias Queta are out. Scheierman and Garza will start after coming off the bench on Sunday, and Walsh remains in the starting lineup at Sam Hauser's expense.
Derrick White
Derrick White (knee) available Monday vs. Hawks
Mon, Mar 30, 2026, 11:45 AM
John Karalis
Derrick White (knee) is available to play on Monday against the Hawks.
Analysis: White will face the Hawks on the second game of a back-to-back for the Celtics after missing Sunday's contest against the Hornets. White's most recent outing came against the same Hawks, against whom he tallied 10 points, four rebounds, and five assists. Fantasy managers who roster the versatile guard will hope for a more productive performance in the rematch against Atlanta.
Neemias Queta
Neemias Queta (thumb) downgraded to out vs. ATL
Mon, Mar 30, 2026, 11:44 AM
Jay King
Neemias Queta (thumb) is out for Monday's game against the Hawks.
Analysis: Initially doubtful due to a lingering thumb injury, Queta will not be available for the Celtics' second game in as many nights. Luka Garza is the likely replacement in the starting lineup, and he would be worth streaming if thrust into that role. Amari Williams, who has spent most of the season in the G League, may sneak into the back end of the rotation, but he is not worth streaming.
Jayson Tatum
Jayson Tatum (Achilles) out Monday vs. Hawks
Mon, Mar 30, 2026, 8:53 AM
NBA Injury Report
Jayson Tatum (Achilles) is out for Monday's matchup with the Hawks.
Analysis: Tatum will get the night off for injury maintenance as Boston plays its second straight game. Hugo González is a candidate to see additional run with Tatum on the shelf, but the former is not a must-add player for fantasy championship week.
Neemias Queta
Neemias Queta (thumb) doubtful Monday vs. ATL
Mon, Mar 30, 2026, 8:50 AM
NBA Injury Report
Neemias Queta (thumb) is doubtful for Monday's matchup with the Hawks.
Analysis: Queta is still dealing with a thumb injury, and it will likely keep him out of action for the second leg of Boston's back-to-back set. Luka Garza is set to replace Queta in the starting five, and he's worth streaming with Nikola Vucevic (finger) still on the sideline.
Jaylen Brown
Jaylen Brown available, Derrick White probable
Mon, Mar 30, 2026, 8:43 AM
NBA Injury Report
Jaylen Brown (Achilles) is off the injury report for Monday's matchup with the Hawks, and Derrick White (knee) is probable.
Analysis: No surprises here after Brown and White sat out the first leg of Boston's back-to-back set. Brown and White should reclaim their spots in the starting lineup which will mean less run for Baylor Scheierman and Payton Pritchard.
Neemias Queta
Neemias Queta has 17 points, eight boards in win
Sun, Mar 29, 2026, 2:30 PM
Neemias Queta had 17 points (8-of-13 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), eight rebounds, one assist, one steal and one block in Sunday's win over the Hornets.
Analysis: Queta was on the injury report with a thumb injury, but overcame it to have a pretty good game Sunday against the Hornets. The 26-year-old center had 17 points and eight rebounds, adding a steal and a block on the defensive end. Queta has only missed one game this month, but his status is worth monitoring with the Celtics playing the Hawks on Monday.
Payton Pritchard
Payton Pritchard has 28 points in spot start
Sun, Mar 29, 2026, 2:25 PM
Payton Pritchard had 28 points (10-of-18 FGs, 6-of-6 FTs), six rebounds, six assists, one steal and two three-pointers in Sunday's win over the Hornets.
Analysis: Pritchard moved into the starting lineup with Derrick White (knee) sidelined. It's no surprise the 28-year-old point guard had more of a role in the offense in this game. Pritchard even led the Celtics with 37 minutes played. His scoring was an excellent complement to Jayson Tatum, who had 32 points. The Celtics next game is Monday against the Hawks and Pritchard would have a higher ceiling again if White remains out.
Jayson Tatum
Jayson Tatum has season-high 32 points in win
Sun, Mar 29, 2026, 2:21 PM
Jayson Tatum had 32 points (12-of-23 FGs, 3-of-5 FTs), five rebounds, eight assists, one block and five three-pointers in the Celtics' 114-99 victory over the Hornets on Sunday.
Analysis: Tatum's 32 points in the win over the Hornets were a season-high. The Celtics improved to 9-2 when the 28-year-old power forward plays this season. He's averaging 20.8 points, 9.1 rebounds, 4.2 assists, and 1.1 steals since returning from an Achilles injury. Tatum and the Celtics have four games upcoming in Week 23, starting with a matchup against the Hawks on Monday.
Jordan Walsh
BOS starts Pritchard, Walsh, Hauser, Tatum, Queta
Sun, Mar 29, 2026, 11:41 AM
NBA Lineups
Payton Pritchard, Jordan Walsh, Sam Hauser, Jayson Tatum and Neemias Queta will start Sunday's game against the Hornets.
Analysis: The Celtics won't have Derrick White or Jaylen Brown for Sunday's game. They've been replaced in the lineup by Pritchard and Walsh, with the latter offering a bit more defensively than Baylor Scheierman.
